She added all my fixings versus just giving me my drink and letting me do it myself. 2. The coffee (I ordered an Ice Americano) was fantastic. Very flavorful and rich. They specialize in Guatemalan Coffee and for that reason it is the exact thing that's needed when you're looking for something different than the typical Starbucks / Dunkin coffee all over the city. Pricing is pretty average for Manhattan coffee. But again, well worth every penny. 3. There is a plenty of seating and is a good place to rest or work if you need that type of environment. I wish I would have tried it sooner, this is indeed my go to coffee spot from now on. 5 stars!

I stopped by here last Wednesday night and was pretty disappointed with the service. I was there around 5:30pm and there was no line. The barista was chatting with another patron (paramour?) so I patiently waited. She didn't seem very interested in taking my order. It was one of the strangest interactions I've ever had at a coffee shop. It almost seemed like I was troubling her to get me an iced coffee. I wasn't given the option of milk so when I asked the other patron said "I need to ask for it" like I should know. Just bizarre. I might just stick to the beans from now on and order online.
