Olivia did a great job, was personable, pleasant, and provided great customer service! Inside the ambiance hasn't change and is still pleasant and comfortable. They have a nice mix of regular height and high-top tables. Plenty of TV's are placed throughout, including on their very nice outdoor patio. She is super knowledgeable about the process of brewing buch and explained rhe basics of how to brew and all the incredible benefits of Buch. Since then I have had the pleasure of enjoying Soul Brew on many occasions- I get them from Rileys Sandwich Shop. (Black Lives matter and CranApple are my favorites!!). This kombucha is different because not only does it have unique flavor profiles, its not very vinegary/sour like most store bought buch. I can't wait to visit their new storefront soon.
