I figured I'd have the luxury of a few guys spraying and attentively looking over my van. Boy was I wrong. I purchased the Silver package which included a tire shine and wheel wash and shine among other things. I generously tipped the crew after they towel dried and applied the tire shine but was really disappointed when I got home. Keep in mind it was a beautiful dry and sunny day so none of the dirt you see in the photos occurred on my drive from their lot to home. They earned the the second star only because I was greeted upon my arrival and the crew "seemed" professional otherwise it would have been a one star rating. 09/21/23 UPDATE: The management team from Magic Touch reached out to me in order to make things right. I returned to their other location that's a little closer since I live almost a half hour away from the original location. The manager was very attentive and passionate about making things right. The follow up and customer service was 100/100 so I definitely appreciated that. The van looked much better this time around. Many business get complacent or lazy when they're successful but the great ones rise to the occasion when things don't go right the first time and Magical Touch stepped up. So I'm gonna add another two stars from my original two star rating. END OF UPDATE

I have also used their hand car wash and detail service connected to the drive-through car wash, and that was a very good job again . For a quick carwash this place is ok. 3 options--your basic wash at $4, an upgrade with some extra…read morebells and whistles (tire wash, wax, etc) for $5 and then a $6 gets you the super wash which has everything they offer. I honestly rarely see a difference between the $4 and $6 wash but I like that I get an underbody clean with the upgrade. Other than that my car comes out looking basically the same. It's a short wash, you're not going to get a super filthy car immaculate but you'll get a sort of dirty car pretty clean. I took my snow and salt covered car through earlier in the week when it was still cold but sunny and she came out still covered in a bit a snow but barely any salt left on her. So that was nice, especially for only $5. The dryer system isn't that advanced, just a few hoses drying you off (nobody with a rag there toweling off) so your car won't come out bone dry, so be aware when it's cold out, but if you're looking for a basic drive thru wash this one's pretty ok.
