She gave me a prescription for a face cream and told me if it did not resolve my issue that I could call and either get a new prescription or come in again. As it turns out, the face cream she sent me worked its magic and I have been fine since. Will say this was probably the quickest visit to a dermatologist ever though. However while talking on the phone at Primary's office with staff at Dr Kirbo' s they would not get the fax. I was literally on a line with both. And of course they would not pick up the phone, it was a Friday. Not professional of office staff. And extremely unsettling for me. However they are not who you are there to see. We drove to Tallahassee from Dothan AL. To be there to discover that Dr. Tie was actually off that day but was coming in just to see my son. I can't tell you how pleased I was with everyone we dealt with and with the meds Dr. Tie prescribed for my baby who is now in the 8th week of his skin condition and has cleared up remarkably since the meds prescribed for him by Dr.Tie. We had already seen my sons pediatrician and a local dermatologist who didn't know what they were doing. Thank you! Thank you! To Dr.Tie and all the staff who bent over backwards on our behalf.

I felt like nothing more than a quick cash grab and here are few of my grievances. I specifically requested NO narcotics for my recovery from surgery. I was instead prescribed twelve Hydrocodone that were included in my prescriptions upon pick up. I advocated for myself and my medical history in this office and I was ignored. I then got a follow up bill 5 months after my visit informing me that I owed them over $2,000 for the medical code being used for sedation. This was after I had paid in full for my surgery at the time it was performed. This was doubly frustrating as I had requested preferably no sedation and just a topical or localized analgesic. The doctor was adamant I needed to be put under. After calling my insurance and verifying the codes, not only did I not owe money... but I was overcharged. I have now been waiting over five weeks for my owed refund. The first check was sent to the wrong address because even though I spent the time to update my address on my forms during office visits, it was never properly entered into their system. I can't in good faith recommend this practice and would recommend traveling a city or two over for your oral and facial surgery needs as that would be an easier process in my opinion.

Then he said: Nobody confront with me, you are the first one, I don't want to treat you, YOU ARE DISMISSED. I was shucked, it sounded he didn't let me waiting for two hours in stand of half hour was his mercy!
