Arrived in town to visit family and Fords was close to the airport so it was suggested by our hosts. Unique themed upscale burger joint where the door handles and bathroom faucets are gas pump handles and the servers wear old school light blue gas station shirts which I haven't seen in many years. Wide variety of beer and bar drinks. Food selection was quite varied and wide so you'll probably have no problem finding something on the menu. Burgers were very good along with their coleslaw and fries. We ordered the American Standard and Roadster burgers. We were dining between lunch and dinner times but it was still a 30 minute wait. We went here for dinner with friends when visiting the area. My toddler son had a blast playing with the car engine outside, the staff was friendly and easily accommodated our large group by splitting up in two tables right next to each other (they of course asked if it was okay with us and we said yes so we could eat faster). Food was so good, everyone ended up happy with what they got, even my littles ate onion rings which I was shocked by. I didn't order a drink but my friends did and they said the drinks were well worth the money and strong. The decor is so cute, my kids always want to go in the bathroom especially to use the tire sinks and gas pump faucets. read more

Due to a flight delay, we missed our opportunity for lunch, and it was now pushing 4 p.m. We decided to find a place near the RSW airport, and this looked like a good option. It's right in the Miromar Outlets, and very easily accessible from the parking lot. They have really honed the decor to be so interesting, from gas pump handle door knobs to rubber tire sinks in the bathrooms, no opportunity was missed to play off the theme. The menu had a lot of good options, but I went right for the burgers. The main section of burgers are all 1/3 pound, which is large for me. On the next page they have a section called roadsters, which are smaller burgers, if you're interested (bigger than a slider, but not as big as a 1/3 pound). I had a cheeseburger roadster with fries, and I cleaned my plate! Fries were crispy with salt and pepper, and the burger was done to perfection. They brand the buns which is a cute angle, and they nailed the medium burger right on the head. I had unsweet iced tea, which was delicious - brewed not instant. Every aspect of our meal was fabulous. The only drawback, if I had to find something, is that the interior is very loud. They do have music playing, but the noise from just people speaking almost drowned out the music. It would be a difficult place to have intimate conversations with your friends. But other than that aspect, we would highly recommend this restaurant, and would go back in a heartbeat. read more

I was neither impressed nor disappointed! Ford's is always poppin' and they always tend to have a wait if you come for dinner, regardless of the day of the week. With the shopping close by, it attracts a lot of people. We waited for about 30 minutes and were greeted right away. Our server was quick and efficient and got our order in right away. As far as the food, I personally think it's a bit overpriced for what you get and have had better burgers in the area. I did like their onion rings but they didn't come on a tower as advertised. My favorite burger out of our choices was the Ford's Signature. I didn't love the potent taste of the caramelized and regular onions on my estate burger. The kids chicken tenders were actually quite good and I might even get tenders if there is a next time! They were fresh and lightly breaded with great seasoning! read more

Lunch at the bar, we had two burgers one raw. The other was overcooked. They were both ordered as mediums two total different experiences we spoke with the manager. She explained that they changed vendors, but didn't seem concerned how bad they were or that they were so different. read more

The atmosphere was fun and happy with the old Ford hanging from the ceiling ,and all kind of car and Ford memorabilia (including the restrooms, which was really fun.) Jordan was such an amazing waitress. She was so friendly and very attentive. She also thrilled our dog with ice, a water bowl, and a pup cup of whipped cream with blueberries. We are frequent diners at all Ford's Garage locations and the food here was delicious as always. The blackened salmon is perfectly cooked with an amazing burre Blanc sauce that is so rich and savory. Our waitress Autumn was great - very attentive and answered questions we had about the menu. We shared the Firestone Shrimp - lightly battered crispy shrimp, tossed in a spicy boom boom sauce and topped with scallions. Not too hot but gets your attention - very tasty. Ok starting out with a positive, we made reservations and when we got there our table was waiting for us. Servers were bubbly. We ordered a onion ring tower which was probably the best onion ring I've eaten in my life. Our beers came without a head in them and weren't super cold which means they probably were sitting there. Server came by after appetizers and remarked on how we demolished the onion rings already and proceeded to fill us in on the great dessert options. Thought that was a little weird since we didn't even get our meals yet but yet when we finished our food she came and gave us our checks without even asking if we wanted dessert. Despite her knowing our onion rings were done she didn't clear the table of it and our appetizer plates. Then when they brought the food still no effort so I had to ask her to clear some of the stuff from the table. Food wasn't anything amazing honestly. A nice location with fun atmosphere. The food was average and that's just fine. I don't expect to be blown away I just expect a solid meal. They delivered that. I had the high octane burger and we also had a Buffalo chicken sandwich. Both were good and cooked well. The nachos however weren't that great. Hubby had the tots for a side, which were better than most, and that's because they didn't fry them to a burnt crisp and load them with salt. Located at a local outdoor shopping center, which meant going to stores while waiting for a table, nice! They texted us when the table was ready. Great service, good food, a little loud but fun - you can watch the games on multiple big screen TVs. It was kid friendly, which worked for our family. I got the black and blue burger (a little wet/greasy, but good), two in our party got the fish and chips (which was a huge piece of fried fish and they loved it), and someone else got a chicken entree that was delicious. One kiddo ordered Key Lime Pie, which was incredible. Our server (Tim) noticed my little one was sleepy and gave a heads up that the car in the middle of the restaurant randomly honks loudly. This is a popular spot in FM so we tried it twice and still no. The first time I ordered a salad and was very unimpressed, but since it's more of a burger joint we went back and tried a burger, still very unimpressed. The patty melt was dry and flavorless. FM isn't exactly a restaurant Mecca, but I'm not sure how this place has gotten the ratings it's gotten. The service was a bit slow, the table buser had the grossest fingernails I've seen and the food was just not good. Sorry to say, this was our second and last chance on Ford's garage. read more

I've been here before and enjoyed the food, especially the Monte Christo, Today I ordered online for pickup. I got the Bison Burger and coleslaw, It was ready on time so a big plus there. But the burger was not as I ordered, nearly rare inside and so much BBQ it literally drowned out the taste of the bison meat which I was looking forward to. The side of coleslaw was nothing but shredded cabbage and no slaw dressing! The hostess was very nice and accommodating as I went in to pick up the food.
