Long line, they took our names and number and said the wait was only 15-20 mins. Half an hour later we came to check on the progress. They sat another party mistakenly and crossed us off the list. They didn't even have the same number of people. We got seated and there were plenty of tables (no social distancing) but perhaps not enough staff to work them. Our waitress said they weren't expecting it to be busy. Sounds like bad planning. Holiday weekend at an outlet mall is sure to be packed. Mackenna took our order but then gave us the wrong beer. No explanation (until we asked and said the other ran out). Then we waited at least 20 more mins for food to come out. We tried to ask for the kids food first but she said it all came at once. The kids food was cold, so it was just sitting waiting for the other meals. There were some pretty aggressive flies that were attacking our table and the surrounding area. What a cute theme and great atmosphere, even the bathrooms are on theme. We sat outside, and it was so pleasant. We had an amazing server who was on top of everything. With all that said the burgers were pretty good. I'm not sure what was missing, I just can't put my finger on it, but it missed the amazing burger mark. The branded buns are adorable tasty and fresh. This is a super cute place. Close to home for me. I think they close kind of early for the area, but that might be because it's at the Miromar Outlet. I came here because people kept saying how good the burgers were. I definitely think they were good, but not quite as good as people made it seem. The four stars isn't for the food, though. If I was reviewing Ford's Garage on food and ambiance, it would be 5 stars!! I give it four because of the lack of awareness the staff had. The bartender was great, but the host/bus boys didn't have the courtesy to communicate while we were obviously watching the end of a VERY intense football game. There were still 3-4 tables occupied and we were completely closed out and ready to go.. just waiting to see the last 5 minutes of the game when a guy turned the tv off. I mentioned something to him and he cut it back on, but it wasn't without an apparent attitude. Now, I get it. No one wants to wait for the last stragglers to leave the place. Maybe he had homework or something but there was literally 5 minutes left. So, my advice would be to not come here to watch a late game during football season. There is more than one location, this is the Miramar outlets location. The drinks and food were good and atmosphere was fun, loud, busy. Our server was attentive. Pulled pork nachos to start was great and large portions. The wedge fries were my favorite. The design is interesting and detailed if you like fords and cars. There is dishes on the menu too if you don't want a burger such as their pulled pork Mac and cheese, chicken tenders , and salmon salad. Definitely a place to try at least once. Fun, busy, noisy place to come for a varied menu beyond the locally famous burgers. Old car & garage theme is entertaining, food is good at a reasonable mid-grade price. Patio and indoor seating areas are quite large and comfortable. Great place to take visitors or meet up with friends, with lots of free parking. read more

Food is amazing and the ambiance is super cool. We ordered the pull pork nachos. It has fresh jalapeños that are spicy, not that pickled stuff! My friend from Tampa and I decided to meet in Estero because we hadn't seen each other in forever. We looked in the area for a bar type place with good food and settled on Ford's. We got there around 2:30 on Friday. The place was pretty jammin by then. I liked the décor and the was the servers are dressed. It is something unique, as I don't have any of these restaurants in my area. Our server initially was Carter. He was awesome! We ordered Moscow Mules, pretzel sticks and fried pickles. The drinks were DELICIOUS! Carter says they use their own ginger beer and it is just really good. I got the Edison version of it but they have several Mules to choose from. The pretzel sticks and pickles were rally good, the perfect snack for drinking and chatting. We liked the Mules so much that we ordered a total of 4 more plus 2 beers. They have a good happy hour going on. It made the Mules $7.95/each and those bad boys are usually in the $10-11 range. They switched Carter to outside seating, and he apologized profusely. We almost decided to follow him outside to have him continue serving us but decided to just stay put. We then got Angela, who was pretty cool and a good server. The bathrooms are pretty cool looking, but for some reason the floors were slick, not like with water but just slick. We sat near the bathroom and heard multiple people make comments about it, and we also experienced it when we went to use them also. Not a deal breaker, but be careful. I would 100000% go back here! Next time I may even try actual food, but I would be totally content to just drink with apps also. read more

This is the most on theme themed restaurant I have ever gone to. The sinks in the bathroom have tires?? around them??? Wild truly. I had the sandwich that has beef tips, cheddar and bacon jam, and it was Incredible. My sibling had a burger that upset their stomach a little, but we were both impressed with how well seasoned and tasty everything was. The folks who work here have a lovely attitude as well. My daughter loved her shrimp macaroni with melted cheese. My wife and me had burgers and they were excellent prepared exactly as requested.
