We had a fantastic time this evening at Ford's Garage. I have a gluten allergy & I was impressed with the labeled menu. It was nice to be able to enjoy a burger with a gluten free bun since some places I've been to don't usually have this option. Our server, Lauren, was very friendly & helpful. She interacted with my three year old who was very excited to get pickles with her meal. The food was top notch, service was exceptional, & the bathrooms were clean! Lunch for 2 at the bar on 3/17/23. Ordered wine (bad pours), a beer and nachos. Food was good but the manager/bar tender took our platter before we were finished without asking if we were finished.. Also, got our bill and it was padded with an extra wine we did not order or get. Lack of attention to detail. Not a good experience. read more

It's a chain so challenging for me to give three stars since the prices - for example- not their call but the place is way overpriced for the food. The Nashville Hot - crispy please- wings has a little kick but no flavor. It's Nashville Hot. You have to work hard to make that happen. They also had a very weird texture. Not sure how they prepare and cook them and not flappy but not crispy. It also had a sweetness to them. Do they add caramel? Not a fan at all. The bang bang shrimp were also a little bland even though over saturated in sauce. The onion rings were some of the best I've had. Truly yum. Also good the happy hour beer prices. Sat at the bar and service good. The overall concept is cool with decor and music good but dang people- doing the "awuuuuuuga" horn MULTIPLE times and all the servers clapping and singing as they walked to a table along with the bell dinging for AT LEAST 5 birthdays while there on left me with a headache. Bartender said the do at least 30 on slow day. Yeah. Based on the line for seating out the door on a Monday night people are digging the awuuuga horns and overpriced comfort food restaurant - which btw so good to see yet one more in Florence - they will be around a while. If I could find a time during happy hour to have rings and a cold beer and it was birthday horn free time I'd go back for that. read more

Let me start by saying I'm a HUGE Ford Mustang fan, and owner of a few. That being said, I am automatically biased toward a Ford restaurant, and I have frequented the Ford's Garage in Norwood, Ohio multiple times. This Ford's Garage atmosphere isn't as awesome as Norwood's, but only because the building is smaller. This one doesn't have the old Model A assembly line moving full sized bodies around the restaurant ceiling, but still has an outstanding atmosphere!! There are a couple old Ford's up near the ceiling on lifts, and just a great setup all the way around. Now, WHEN you visit, you MUST visit the restrooms, if only to wash your hands. Quite unique to say the least! Now, for the food. I absolutely LOVE the burgers at this place!! My favorite is the Model A burger. Cheese, bacon, egg on the bun. (I can't eat the garden so I always leave it off). Anyway, the server, Anna, was attentive and professional and our drinks never sat empty, even though the place was PACKED! Of all the burger places around, THIS ONE is my vote for best in Florence. Of course, they have other stuff besides just burgers! Try it out, don't just take my word for it!! read more

I got the Mac and cheese for a side. It was horrible! It was like having noodle soup. The cheese was extremely runny and had NO FLAVOR AT ALL. The burger was just ok but nothing special at all. I should have went Wendy's next door. It would have been cheaper and I have never thrown up Wendy's like Ford. Never been back and won't go again. Since the opening of Ford's Garage I have been there 3 times with my family and friends. Ford's Garage is always busy and the food selection has wide variety of items to choose from. I always try something new. The old cars they have outside and the ones either hanging near the bar or through out the restaurant has brought the old and young on lookers. Yesterday they had the garage doors opened on a warm sunny afternoon. There's plenty of parking around the building and behind the building. You won't go wrong at Ford's Garage! read more

Service was horrible. Never was seated. Manager was beyond unprofessional. Waited over hour watched other large parties get seated. Never offered to seat us at the bar or offered a drink. We did call before going to restaurant as a courtesy. I would suggest folks go to another restaurant in the area, there are many. I only gave it 1 star because I am required to give a star rating. I visited Fords Garage in Florence tonight, and while we thought the weather was clearing up for the night it took a turn for the worse during our visit. As the tornado sirens were blaring the managers did NOTHING to keep both the customers and the staff safe and instead had the staff continue to serve tables. This is absolutely ludacris and beyond anything I have ever seen before. Other than that the service was amazing and both the hosts and server were outstanding. The managers need to do better for the sake of their staff. read more
