Not a fan. Our server was slow and never smiled at us until after she gave us the check. We ordered a margarita pitcher "for two" and she definitely forgot to put it in. We got our appetizer before the margaritas... when we did get the margarita pitcher it was loaded with ice and it BARELY served two. We had our glasses full with ice and it barely topped off the second drink. And it was extremely strong. Appetizer didn't get much better. We got the nachos and the cook must've been blindfolded when he put the cheese on. There was none on the chips, only a scoop on the side. The other toppings were lacking, also. Thought it would get better with the burgers, I got the estate burger and there was definitely no marmalade on it.. the reason why I wanted to try the burger. The mac and cheese was plain, too. Food was ok, nothing really special. I got the pulled pork Mac and cheese and would say some boxed Mac and cheeses taste better. Not worth it for the price in my opinion. The wait time was also terrible, waited for 50 minutes after being seated with no water refills and the napkins had leftover food on them. Didn't seem clean. Out of everything with grocery store next door Hamburger was good but way over priced came with like 8 fries. Baby back Ribs where absolute terrible out of the box manager came over asked how everything tasted then walked off with out really paying attention and really showed no interest in caring overall if you enjoy overpriced tourist food that's hit or miss this is place for you read more

My wife and I tried this restaurant off of friend's suggestions. We were sat fairly quickly on a Sunday evening. We were sat with Kobi! She did an amazing job, even before us telling her it was our first time visiting. She was very attentive but not overbearing, knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. She was fast and courteous. The appetizer and beverages came in timely fashion. The food did take long and was great! Kudos Kobi and we definitely will be back!.... Would give negative stars if this app would let me. Waited a hour to be seated after registering with the waitlist online. What is the point of using online registration when you still wait 45 minutes after seeing the host. Waitress brought out the wrong drink after waiting 20 minutes for someone to take order. My girlfriends burger did not have a gluten free bun on it which would have caused her to have an allergic reaction if she hadn't spotted it. Food was 6/10 for a place that charges so much for a "premium" and "unique" dining experience I was expecting a lot more. Will not be coming back after such a horrific experience. read more

Fords garage is a like walking in an antique garage shop, very aesthetic. The menu has so many options to choose from, even the picky eaters in the group can find something. The burgers are phenomenal. Had a great waiter as well. Fritz was super pleasant taking care of our table. Birthday dinner .. busy Saturday night, only a 30 minute wait.. we hung out at the cool bar that has an iced surface built into the bar that keeps your beer cold .. bartender very attentive, great draft selection. Party of six, high top table by the bar .. plenty of room .. football game on the jumbo screens .. appetizers came out quick .. server was excellent.. everyone has something different and we were all very satisfied. I will start with the good; love the onion rings with panko. The bad; ordered ribs. Awful. The sauce is good but ribs are suppose to be tender, fall off the bone. These were so tough that really inedible. Extra sorry ordered full rack. Waste of money. I've been here twice now, and I love it. I like to sit at the outdoor bar where it's quiet and not crowded, and, so far, there hasn't been a wait. The decorations are very entertaining, and the staff is very attentive. I had the crispy chicken sandwich on my second visit, and I think it is by far the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. On my first visit, I had the ribs, and they were delicious as well. I plan to go back soon. read more

The wait staff just stood in groups talking and not taking care of the customers. Little slow for the first stop to get the drink order and food came out fast. Last night we ordered two American Standard burgers, medium and one onion ring tower that comes with ranch and chipotle ketchup. We're staying at a hotel a few miles away so we ordered it to go. After getting back to the hotel we discovered that there was no condiments for the onion rings and my burger was completely wrong. The burger they gave me had some type of applesauce on it and no onions or pickles. I returned to Fords and they corrected my order or so I thought. Before leaving I checked and it appeared right but when I got back to the motel, now an hour after ordering I discovered with the first bite that they had scraped the applesauce nastiness off, reheated the burger ( very well done) and reassembled it into something similar to what I originally ordered. The applesauce remnants in the first bite gave it away. Who does that? Why didn't you just accept that you made a mistake and make me a new burger instead of recycling the abomination that you originally sent me away with. Now you've lost a customer for life and you get a crappy review so everyone knows what to expect when you screw up their order. On the bright side, after your disgusting burger went in the trash, Burger King came in for the big win with a correctly prepared order. read more

Worst restaurant experience of my LIFE! We were a party of 12 with reservations, but still had to wait almost an hour to be seated. finally after being seated, it took the waitress FOREVER to bring menus, when she brought the drinks, the ppl who got tea could not drink it cuz it had soured. after an hour and a half passed, the food finally came out. mostly burgers, all cold, none of them cooked right, and mine completely missing. after reminding the waitress multiple times I still needed my food, a manager finally brought it out, completely undercooked and with the wrong toppings. by this point it's 9 pm and we leave, everyone except those who got salad still hungry after being at a restaurant for 3 hours. I will NOT be eating here again and I'd suggest you don't even try it. read more
