There are not many things better than sitting outside under oak trees while eating delicious savory food and enjoying a good wine or cocktails. Replaying last night's dinner in my head has me planning my next visit to Superette. Sunday brunch this weekend is calling my name. When you walk in for the first time, there are so many happy and healthy looking plant varieties. I can see that they are very well-cared for. Tom greeted us soon after we got in and even told us about the salsa night tonight and wine flight (tastings) they have available. We ended up buying a Superfine chocolate bar, a Buddha succulent, a bag of chips, and a can of Ghia blood orange aperativo. Tom h I really liked the fresh smell and homey layout of the place! The decor felt very uncanny valley, back rooms, like very odd. I think they need to work on that side of the property a little bit and make it more cozy. Each bite was so refreshing! The lime gave a citrus kick to the sweet pickled red onions. The fried fishless fish was tender and flaky like real white fish. I was thoroughly impressed with Curia and think it's one of the most unique places in Gainesville. Check it out!

You could definitely make them at home. The lobster pasta was too overpowering with garlic and there was barely any duck in the duck and pork pasta. For Ocala, i would say okay if you wanted to give fine dining a try. I just would not be back due to how we were treated, all the mess ups and underwhelming food for what we paid for.
