I've never written a review of a business before. But I'd recommend doing business with Foreign Affairs if you're looking for a late-model BMW or Mercedes, or if you're interested in any other car they may have for sale. They offered a low-mileage 2012 BMW 328i convertible that I thought was fairly priced in comparison with other low-mileage 2012's currently for sale. (This car also had the options I wanted, and none that I didn't, so I wasn't paying extra for pricey options like iDrive that I didn't want.) I called and spoke to Anesh, then went up the next day to look at the car and take it out for a test drive. Since I was interested in it, I asked and Anesh arranged for the car's inspection at Braman BMW nearby. And since I don't live nearby, he took care of having the car dropped off for the inspection the following day and picked up afterward. The car checked out OK, except it needed a tire alignment, which Foreign Affairs paid for. Anesh, and the service staff, also took care of a couple of minor things that I requested (buffing out a couple of minor scratches on the trunk lid, and removing the front license plate holder, which included filling in and painting over two small holes in the front bumper), at no cost to me, that were done to my satisfaction. After looking for a Mercedes E350 Convertible for the past few months, I stumbled across Foreign Affairs Auto on ebay and liked the car they had to offer. I called Anesh and he was very helpfull on the phone and went over all the details and answered all the questions I had. Being I was in New York and the car was in West Palm Beach Fla. it was a little difficult to decide wheather to buy the car or not, I happend to have a friend in the car business that was in Fla that week and he went to the dealership to look at is for me. He confirmed everything that I was told and gave me a thumbs up to buy it. Anesh had worked out my trade from photos and my word and with that I drove to Fla. I highly recommend Foreign Affairs Auto. I have always had outstanding experiences with them in the past as they have serviced my car since I moved down to West Palm Beach. I purchased a last model year Jaguar XJ8 which I had been looking for with exactly the options I wanted, dealing with Jonathan was incredibly easy and everything was delivered at the time he said it would be. The price was excellent comparing the vehicle to others around the Country. The car was delivered to my home a couple of hundred miles away within 15 minutes of the time they said and was very close in condition to what they described, however this is a used car and I expected some small chips which there had been but someone had filled them in with poor paint touch ups done with a brush which stand above the paint surface on the roof and hood which I was surprised about as the description said the vehicle was in "Excellent Condition" but they should not be a problem for a paint shop to flatten down and there were a couple of minor issues that Jonathan took care of immediately. We spent about 2 months looking for the right vehicle. We knew exactly what we wanted and were searching in the entire country for it until we found our car at Foreign Affairs Auto. Similar vehicles were listed at a similar price, except for the fact that this one only had 16K miles and was still under factory warranty. All others found all over the country had over 40K miles on average. Since I was out of state, I asked my daughter, who lives not far from the dealership, to go and check it for blemishes. She checked it and test drove it and reported back to us that the car was like brand new, although it is a couple of years old. From then on things moved very smoothly, thanks to the honesty and professionalism of Anesh Bodasing. This is the only place in West Palm Beach where I have my 2003 BMW 325i serviced. The owner Frank is a fantastic and very knowledgable person to work with, as well as the service supervisor Stephan. I have had zero issues following any of my service appointments in the past. The waiting area is very comfortable with a sofa, 2 chairs, magazines, and a large tv with cable, so I do not mind waiting in there for a service job that may take two hours or so. Also, unlike the dealership and most shops that will just give you a list of "recommended repairs", they will actually provide pictures as well in a printout so you can actually see for yourself if you have leaks, etc. Highly recommended to anyone with a German vehicle that is out of warranty and looking for dependable shop with fair prices. read more

Let me start by saying that my purchase was made online, so I've never personally been to their dealership. BUT Anesh made it as easy as 123. A few years ago I purchased my first vehicle on Ebay, and I thought that transaction was smooth, but It doesn't compare to this. A couple phone calls, a little negotiation and we have a deal. Specific items of interest on the vehicle were received by text including pictures. Extremely satisfied with service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!! THEY WONT FIX THE PROBLEM AND THEY WILL CHARGE YO FOR IT!! I have never been more dissatisfied with a merchant before. I took my car to this place with a check engine light. The ran the test and told me that I needed to replace some things that amounted to 850 dollars. On the same day later on the check engine light came back, so I took the car back and they charged me another 400 dollars to do some other stuff. After that my car started dying when I stopped at the stop light. After all of this all they say is that they are willing to work with me if I bring my car back. WHY WOULD I BRING MY CAR BACK TO THIS PLACE?!?!?! read more

I use to take my Mercedes to the dealership for service until I found Foreign Affairs Auto, they use the same brand parts that the dealership uses, but at a lower cost. What's really inviting about this maintenance shop, it feels like your walking into boutique for your car. They take your vehicle and offer you a capuchino or espresso, while you wait, the service manager Brian and owner Jonathan are very pleasant and keep you posted on the progress of the service. We bought a car from foreign affairs on line from out of state (we are in TN). The sales process was great - all items were as presented, clear instructions, rapid shipping. the dealer preparation was great - they had worked hard to be sure that the car was in great appearance and mechanical shape. Anesh is a great salesman with great follow-up. We are very happy with the car. The communication on the title transfer (from FL to TN) was only good.
