I stopped on my walk for a quick bite since I was hungry - I got the 2 eggs and cheese on an everything bagel. The bagel is a good size and it tastes fresh. The only thing I was a bit bumped about was that, although a hot sandwich, the bagel wasn't toasted enough because the cheese was really fully melted (First World problem). But it did the trick. The bagel itself was done right - slightly crispy on the outside, a little (but not too) chewy on the inside. Did the flavors blow me away? Not really, but I was satisfied. I placed an order online for delivery. I ordered the 6 foot sandwiches that said it came with potato salad, macaroni salad which it didn't. They didn't send any mayo, mustard or condiments of any kind. I scrambled around to find some sort of salad afterwards. Customer service is the worst!!! They frequently get the orders wrong. Prices fluctuate and are never consistent depending on who's behind the register. I come here because it's convenient to where I live but I got to stop coming here. I will say the food is good but you really need to pay attention to how they charge you. Sometimes it gets really busy in there so it's easy for them to push the line along and to avoid confusion the costumers pay and leave just to get out of there. It's very obvious that's why it's et up that way, they'll up-charge a few extra dollars. It was crowded on a Holiday (MLK day) morning but the line moved very fast so the wait wasn't bad. The staff wasn't not friendly but attentive and served everything in a sense of urgency. The food was okay but not surprisingly palatable or must to try. We had western omelette and smoked salmon with everything bagel. My go-to spot for bagels in the neighborhood. They are usually very busy and messed up my online order before, but the staff is really nice and made it right.
