The layout of the space reminds me of an online library - rows of books, couches, board games, etc. they even had a kids library area which was so cute! We waited longer for my food to come and it still took them about an extra ten minutes, which wasn't given to us until we went to the counter and let them know I still haven't received my food and it was then they gave me my corn dog. After I finally received my food I noticed how big it was and was at least excited to try it, but as soon as I bit into it, the majority of the inside was air and a little bit of mozzarella cheese. I was really disappointed by this experience and had high hopes I was going to enjoy it. I'm giving this experience 1 star, this place has great foods and desserts that they offer and could be better, but the staff really has to step up their performance.

When I pointed it out, there was no apology, just a flat, borderline dismissive response that made me feel like I was the problem for bringing it up. I get that working a busy coffee counter isn't always glamorous, but a basic level of professionalism and a simple "sorry about that" go a long way. Neither happened here. The coffee itself is fine and other staff are lovely. But if you end up at his counter, good luck, when the service makes you feel unwelcome, it's hard to justify coming back when there are plenty of other good coffee spots in the area that actually seem glad you walked in.

I got a yummy and beautiful holiday drink along with a free holiday shot (as part of their holiday pop-up). The interior dining area is super small, I wondered if they had additional seating elsewhere but didn't seem that way. We ordered food, drinks, and ice cream all of which are delicious as usual. While I would still choose to go to their flagship location on Locust, this is a great alternate location if you are near the area.
