    Came here to get some help with low tire air on our RV, but they only service folks who are their customers. Skip and go somewhere else.

It was clean, everything worked, and it was ready to roll. The only surprises were pleasant ones--things I didn't know to look for initially but have since discovered were done properly by Chris and his team. The fact that they're taking care of the little, less obvious things is a sure sign of their honesty and integrity. I'm new to travel trailers and Chris and his son took a lot of time to walk me through the functions of various systems. They included a lot of the essential extras I'd need for camping. They gave me valuable tips and even after the sale, Chris set up cones in the lot and basically taught me how to back up the trailer. My family's just returned from our first camping trip and we had a great experience. Thank you to Chris and family for a purchase experience that was easy, fair, informative, and kind. Jim Clark's Consignment Country earns my enthusiastic recommendation.

In my particular case, the problem is a water heater that doesn't function properly... The problem was well known to them, but rather than actually fixing the faulty heater, they simply lied to me saying it was serviced and now functioning like it should... Lie!... Also, I requested they email me copies of the photos they used in the listing so I could share my new purchase with friends and family before delivery, which wouldn't happen for another week... They never did, but said they would... They already had my money, so why bother... And what was I going to do about the faulty water heater?... Was I supposed pay another $1000.00 to have the RV shipped back, and then fight for a refund?... It became a no-win situation for me, one I'll just have to live with! I made an honest mistake trusting them, but I'm not going to let liars and thieves destroy my faith in others!...

    Where do I begin! If I could give Caveman RV a Zero, Negative Zero, and/or a no star I would! I…read morewould not recommend anyone buying from this dealership! Pass them up and go somewhere else. Take your money and run as fast as you can away from Grants Pass! A deal that started several weeks ago working with Sarah C. Has been a buyers nightmare. I was in the market to purchase a brand new 2022 Lance 1172. I was approved for the loan and Sarah had provided some very high numbers that I did not feel comfortable paying. I decided to not pursue the deal. Sarah was really hoping that I would accept these high numbers, which I kindly declined and decided not to proceed. Two days later I get a call from Alan the sales manager and he gives me different numbers that were in line from what I had received at Curtis Trailers. I agreed to those numbers with additional accessories and paid a $3k deposit. These accessories included a super hitch, which was suppose to be ordered for my pick up today 13MAY2022. After waking up at 0200 and driving the 4.5hrs and booking a hotel plus gas I arrived at Caveman RV this AM. After meeting Alan and Sarah in person my brother and I waited 1.5hrs only for Alan to disclose that there was a misunderstanding and the super hitch for my truck was never ordered. Essentially Sarah was under the impression I had a super hitch already on my truck and although I had send her pictures of my hitch of my trucks current stock hitch weeks prior. So not only did Caveman RV not order the right equipment that should of been part of the deal supposedly they stated this was miscommunication. This is straight out BS and this is exactly how they treat thier customers. They wait until you drive 4.5hrs, spend money on gas, take personal time off and not even offer resolution. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. Caveman RV is not worth your time or money. See pictured of the hitch on my truck. It's not a super hitch as you can see! This was a bad screw up on thier part! Please take your business elsewhere. Save yourselves the time and headache! Don't count on Caveman RV to fix anything because instead of being proactive and offering if they can call around other dealers in hopes to fix the issue all they did was apologize. Thier apology doesng cover the expense and time spent driving there and the memories you hoped you would make with you kid because of something caveman could have verified and planned with a simple check list! Ridiculous!!!

    Our 5th wheel had exterior panel damage from going where we shouldn't have (horrible entrance spur…read moreoff a Delta waterway berm). I have a trusted RV technician who recommended Johnson for the repairs. I was put in touch with Ben from Johnson's collision department. I sent in pictures and the requested information to Ben. He got back to me the next day with an estimate. The estimate was reasonable considering the damage. The biggest delay was waiting for the parts to arrive from Jayco, but once they arrived, the repairs were completed within a week. The repairs were perfect. Ben was a superstar in his professionalism. His politeness/respect, and attention to detail were refreshing. I was kept abreast of the progress throughout. Ben completed the insurance interactions beyond my expectations. Give Ben a raise!

    They installed two lithium batteries for my new camper van. The batteries never charged while…read moredriving(as I was told they would). When I called, they tried to sell me a DC DC charger when the new van already had this lithium compatible item installed!!! Now, on a trip over 1000 miles from home, it sits in a shop so an actual RV repair man can correctly wire the batteries to the charger and the chassis. They immediately found it was wired incorrectly. I'll be calling the manager here as soon as I get this repair in writing and the bill, and will pursue a refund for the install since they couldn't do this correctly AND tried to sell me a part my van already had!! Really crappy service and here I am on vacation without a van. Don't go here for service. Edit- someone from Johnson RV reached out and stated they spoke to the service place that fixed their mistake, and they will not be compensating me for anything, basically. They have denied installing anything incorrectly. My review stands- it should not take two visits anywhere to simply install two lithium batteries correctly. I'm out money because Johnson's did not install them right the first time.
