Wow where to start? This forever 21, like most, are a complete depressing reflection of consumerism. Like, I question myeslef, each and every time I decide to step into one of these shallow establishmsnts, why? Why do I do it? Well, for one, the "CHEAP" price tags. Yes "cheap." How Laughable. No, it's fucking pricey four years ago, I'd say forever21 is a cheap way to get job wear/fashionable clothing. Now it's a rip off and a joke. 30 dollars for a pleather jacket? Hah, screw you. Everyone knows your clothes fade. That's okay. Only, before, the price tag reflected that. My experience within this particular forever 21 was sad. Employees openly talking about customers. Stating they're sad and shitty. Well, of course they are. Doesn't mean you get to rant about it for 20 minutes in front of other customers. Yes autumn im talking about you. Keep it to yourself girl, damn. Your conversation between you and that other employee was inappropriate. Then, check out. My total for 4 items was 80 dollars. I was shocked. I mentioned how expensive this store has gotten. Sorry I expressed your prices are too high for the shitty quality? I just left the store and felt like immediately writing a review, I purchased a thick sweater and as my cashier was checking me out she asked if she can use a smaller bag and I said yeah that was fine (I didn't think it was going to be the small bag they use for the cosmetics...) as I saw it shoved in I asked her if she didn't have any bigger bags and she gave me the medium sized one and basically threw it to me... Love forever 21's plus size clothing.. but honestly HATE their customer service at the parkway plaza location... except for one person.. SHANE is absolutely amazing. Always greets me in a very friendly manner and is always helpful. Whenever I'm having a bad day he always seems to turn it around with his amazing personality. Shane is the only reason I continue to shop at this location otherwise I would stick to different locations. read more

The misleading sale signs and rude sales staff made my shopping experience terrible. Sale signs that say, Starting at (in small print) and Opening price. Sierra was confrontational and had a bad attitude when I ask about the pricing! read more

Went to the mall on Dec.15.2012 , Found a great selection of clothes and was very clean ladies in dressing room area were very friendly and very helpful but then when i got to the register it was a whole other picture. First off i was buying about 200$ worth of merchandise and when the lady was ringing up my order i realized on my white shirt i was purchasing there was a neutral color spots/stain on the front of the blouse. It was the only one left and i really wanted the shirt so i asked to see if they could give me a discount and the assistant manager at the time said " Well we can give you 5% off " which was like a dollar and you could go and get the item dry cleaned and it should come out. Uhm excuse me but why the hell am i buying new clothes if i have to get them dry cleaned??? She was very argumenative and very rude about the situation so I asked if they could please call another location and see if they have the shirt in stock, and her response was " Its against our policie to call another location on the weekend due to us being so busy" When i heard that i was amazed. And argured with her that she had to be wrong and it was the most outragerous thing i had ever heard to where you cant call another location for a customer thats spending a couple hundred dollars at your location, so I refused to let it go and made her wait as i called Forever 21 Fashion Valley right in front of her, as its ringing shes saying in my ear " There not going to answer its against our policy , there not going to answer. " And within 3 rings a very nice repersenative had answered the phone asking how she could help me. Which I thought they could answer the phone?? Hmm, After all the problems she then offered to take 10% off the shirt and that it was going to be final sale but that was the most that she could take off. Which before she said the most was 5%... Her story kept changing, and she was by far one of the rudest people i have ever encountered. I will never give this location my business again because honestly that witch doesnt deserve anyone in San Diegos Business, She was a gal with strawberry blonde hair with a horrible attitude, please honestly take the time out and drive to Fashion Valley , it will most likely be your best bet. In the process of calling corparate also, because this girl deserves to have a strike on her name. Worst customer service area she should have to go to Good Customer Service classes or something to teach her how to be a proper employee. read more

Truly Im in love with forever21 the service is great but I wouldn't recomend it to EVERYBODY because it doesn't always have the up to date clothes and accesories so i would reccomend going to the on in San ysidro only because they have cute stuff nut there is a flaw they dont have small or xs so you would to go to the el cajon on take my word for it this is one of the best read more

Okay so for Valentines Day my bf got me a really cute skirt from forever 21. When he gave it to me, i noticed a small tear near the top and didn't have the heart to tell him it was ripped. So i went to the store and asked if i could exchange it and they said i needed the receipt. I find it ridiculous that even though it was a gift and it still had the tag on it, they wouldn't take it back. I also have 2 skirts that i bought (that still have the tags on them and are in perfect condition) that they wouldn't accept. Not to mention the store's sizes run small and the customer service isn't all that great. I will not be returning. read more

Had a run in tonight with 2 young employees that told my sister my 10 yr old niece had to go in the dressing room alone that only 1 person was allowed at a time. So when asked to produce a copy of the policy where it states that an adult cannot accompany a minor they said it was in their employee manual and there was no manager on site to talk to.. They repeatedly told my sister that only 1 person to a fitting room even if she had a 3 year old or younger that the child would have to wait all by them self outside the fitting room while the adult tried on clothes "ONLY 1 PERSON PER ROOM AT A TIME". Finally a manager showed up and said no that is not true that anyone under 18 yrs old should be accompanied by an adult. After much dispute with these 2 employees they were finally able to finish their shopping. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional these 2 girls were and I hope they learned a valuable lesson in customer service tonight.!! read more
