She did a facial scrub first and then did a steam to open my pores. She didn't did a facial massage and shoulder body massage as well. And then she put on a face mask. Irene is great! She has done both my facials and my boyfriend's facials. We both have made follow up appointments from her. She has been doing facials for many years and clearly knows what she is doing. My boyfriend's acne has improved significantly and he is planning on adding microdermabrasion next time. Prior to CoVID I purchased a basic package which included extractions and massage. After COVID I was told that my package is more suitable for "teenager" thus I should upgrade. I refused to pay more. As such, Irene worked on my face for 15 min and put a mask on me lying there for 60 min which I literally timed. I regret buying a package from her. If you are providing a basic package to your customer for putting a mask on them for 60 min and charging them $490, that is a disservice to your client service professionalism. read more

My favorite facial lady is Irene, she's fun to talk to and give really good shoulder's rub. I came in last year to get my mole removed, she talked me into getting a aroma facial there. I came here for a couple facials before my wedding. Both facials were nothing special yet they did leave my skin nice and smooth. The first time I went, they had some issues with not having enough people in the shop so they were sort of scrambling while working on us. It didn't help much in getting me relaxed. :( What I was most impressed with was what they did to my back. I had some old acne scarring on my back which I've tried multiple treatments on yet it never seemed to completely go away. They took one look at it and new immediately what to do. After just one diamond peel treatment my skin was super smooth and the scars started fading instantly so that I was no longer as self conscious about my back on my wedding day. They also had some great recommendations on how to keep the scars away so that nearly 8 months later the scars are almost completely gone! read more

I've been going to Forever Beauty for close to almost a year now. First time I came in, I had scheduled a facial with Christine but when I came in I had to cancel last minute but wanted to see if she can extract this ridiculously huge zit off my nose. She was very nice about letting me cancel and did her best to get that sucker out (which was a huge feat in itself). She didn't charge me for the facial or for the extraction and instead, I was completely moved to buy an acne package. My esthetician has been Irene (as Christine is her sister) for the most part, where Christine subbed once but I totally heart Irene. One thing to note is that this is an Asian place for facials. You will not get pampered, you will not relax, and you will not get courted. These ladies get in there and CLEAN everything out. I love the extractions but hate the process and Irene is ruthless - but she's totally meticulous about getting everything out, so it's always worth the pain. She also does try out new products (eye creams, eye masks, etc) for you so you can see if you enjoy it. I've been sold on their new DermaLift package - it's almost like a microdermabrasion plus light peel, PLUS a facial - it's not as cheap as the basic facial package but I totally see the results. Tried the acne facial and eyelash perm services. I have conducted almost 10 acne facial treatment and a great improvement for my face. For eyelash perm, the effect is immediate and it lasts. I did the eyelashes perm for almost 1 month and it still looked spectacular! Every time before the appointment, Irene or her employees will contact me and will remind me of the appointment. She is very flexible with her schedule. With the package deal ($1500? freestyle), all the services are charged at a reasonable price. (much cheaper than another business next plaza). They were very accommodating it was a 2 1/2 hour facial very relaxing I love the mask they used it was really hydrating I had a few extractions done it was pretty painful but two days after my skin really cleared up.
