This is my convenient neighborhood community market, I like to buy sushi here, sometimes from the…read moresushi bar, plus vegetables, fruits, meats, eggs, milk, etc. There is a great prepared foods counter here, with separate counters to buy salads, prepared dishes, ready to take home dishes, a meat/fish counter in another area, plus a bakery and smoothie/tea/coffee bar. I like to come here for a quick meal when I'm running out of time to dine in somewhere. The staff are friendly, my mom brings her store coupons to use that come through the U.S. mail. Sign up here with your info to hear about their weekly ads and specials. The staff always seem to know where items are located when I ask. The store is very organized and clean. Parking is available outside of the store.

I've came here on two different occasions. Yesterday and 1 week ago…read more First, the açaí bowl I got last Sunday was completely wrong. I ordered their tropical blue crush bowl. They did not have any blue chia pudding because no one made it that morning, they didn't have any mango chutney, AND they didn't even add granola in my bowl like the description stated. Highly disappointing. Second, I got their tropical smoothie (don't remember exact name) which has orange juice, passion, and other fruits I can't remember plus a swirl of coconut cream lined on the cup... The drink was not aesthetically pleasing. Didn't see a coconut cream swirled. The drink tasted just like straight orange juice only but blended with ice. I always go to New Leaf in Capitola on 41st Avenue whenever I visit and they've never messed up on my orders (except for once when they didn't have mango chutney either). But the drinks they've made for me and the açaí bowls were yummy and good looking. The workers at the juice/coffee/açaí bar here just seemed very lazy and I've been here 5+ times.

I was happy to see it. I'm new to San Jose and I still don't know where everything is. Where I…read morelive, it's Safeway in either direction. That's not bad but I love Sprouts. So, I had a doctor appointment and I was on the bus. I went to a market across the street and as I was walking, I saw that there was a Sprouts in the mall. I didn't see it from the street until I got close up. So I walked around and I got a few things. When I went to the register, the gentleman at the register seemed kind of fun and snarky. I told him that this is nice, I'm glad to see it. I didn't know it was here. He said, 'Too bad there's not a big sign on the street to show where it is.' I said, right and smiled. I guess the next shift person traded places right then. She was very sweet. I finished and walked to my bus stop. That's when I noticed the sign he was talking about. I couldn't see it from the side of the street I entered in. I felt pretty stupid. I probably won't go back to this store. I work in customer service and get the snark. Customer service is not easy. I'm new to the area and he made me feel stupid. I would get it more if I had approached him with snark but I didn't. I was genuinely delighted to see the store there. It's a nice location and well stocked. I've always loved the produce. 4 out of 5 is a good score. It's a nice store but I will not be back.

In an other hand I found several times they don't follow the rules first in first out .I found products with closer expiration day in the back of the shelf. And price are in the high range. The service varies depending on the employee that you interact, fortunately my experience was more positive than negative. Same time you can get help with unhappy, rude or unpleasant employees. The place always is clean and well organized.

I recently had a great experience at Nutrition Palace. Fritzey ( I hope I'm spelling that…read morecorrectly) was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different supplements in a way that was easy to understand, instead of just trying to make a sale. She answered all my questions and gave genuinely helpful information based on what I was looking for. What really stood out was how thorough she was going over options, ingredients, and how everything works together. She even gave me some samples to try for next time, which I really appreciated.

I've been using Evogen products for over a decade, but it wasn't until the past year--when I got…read moreserious about my fitness transformation--that I really started dialing in my supplement stack. That's where Nutrition Palace comes in. It's owned by Hany Rambod and his wife Naz, so yeah, the bar is already high. But what makes it stand out isn't just the products--it's the people behind the counter who actually live the lifestyle. Most of the staff are trainers or coaches at other gyms, and it shows in how they talk to you--not like salespeople, but like teammates. Fritizie in particular has been a huge help. She walks me through my InBody scans, helps assess where I'm at, and guides me toward the right pre, intra, and post-workout supplements based on my goals. No fluff--just practical, knowledgeable support. She's been key in helping me troubleshoot my recent plateau. If you're past the "just grabbing protein powder" phase and actually trying to optimize your routine, this place meets you where you are. It's not just GNC--it's GNC with intention, experience, and a sense of real community.
