I called on the 15th and again on the 16th and no one picked up either day. I had to keep calling back just to get someone on the line so I could even try to reschedule. When I finally got through they basically just said sorry and that there are no appointments available until October. Poor communication and scheduling. Very frustrating experience.

Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. I had also tried various recommended skincare from Sephora and other beauty influencers on Instagram, but none of them seemed to work. On a whim, I asked my skincare-addict friend if she had any recommendations, and she said her friend had gone to this place in Fremont that does acne extractions that she spoke highly of. Before this, it hadn't even crossed my mind to see an aesthetician for my acne. Karen was my aesthetician, and she performed a manual acne extraction + other hydrating treatments afterwards. I'm not going to sugar coat it, the extraction HURTS! But it's only in the moment of the extraction, it doesn't keep hurting afterwards. Karen was as gentle as she could be, but also meticulous. I felt as if she was digging into every one of my pores (in a good way)! After years of struggling with acne, I decided to bite the bullet and just trust the process with Karen. Instead of other facial places, I don't have to pick and decide for myself which treatment I want -- Karen takes in the current state of my face with every visit and suggests the treatment that she thinks is the best. It took a little while to fully see the results, but it was so worth it! After a few months, I already started see a reduction in my normal acne. In around year or two, I not only barely had any acne, my skin was so much healthier, and I swear my pores seemed to have shrunk! This is no doubt a splurge on myself (I now routinely go in for monthly facials), but has honestly been so worth it.
