We had to put one of them down due to injuries and thought I would need to rehome 2 of them but he worked with all of us and made my pack stronger and more bonded than ever. He took the time to come over first and watch and observe them together and then he worked with them individually and in smaller groups. He trained me as well on how to be a stronger mama bear and take my power back. He taught me to "lock up" my couch since the couch was misbehaving when I wasn't home. Haha. Now my furniture is safe, my dogs aren't tempted and they can be unsupervised more often without getting into trouble. His weekly group classes are a lot of fun to bring the dogs to so they can play and train at the same time. They can meet other dogs if they want or we just do our own thing and my crazies love Mr. Nick. He still periodically checks in on us and always responds to my texts when I have a quick question. You can tell he truly loves all the animals he works with and they can feel it too. I'm so glad he was recommended to me by my vet. He was life saver then and he is still one now. Because 5 crazies is a lifelong commitment and the training snd questions never stop.

He is patient, clear and builds a strong foundation that helps puppies build confidence. We had a package for both private and group training, and both have been incredibly valuable for us & Winter. At group she is learning impulse control, basic commands while there is a lot going on around her, agility, and we sometimes finish with group play that reinforces how to play with other dogs in a safe & controlled environment. We also did a board & train while we were on vacation, and Winter was so happy (and tired) when we got home, but responded much better to commands, but we had to stay consistent for her. 100000/10 Highly suggest Content K9s!

He goes to daycare while I'm at work, boards there when I travel, and gets groomed there as well. I trust the team completely with his care, which says a lot when you're handing over a member of your family. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the dogs. They do a great job keeping pet parents informed and will reach out if they notice anything out of the ordinary, even something as minor as an upset stomach. I really appreciate knowing that they're paying attention and that my border collie isn't just another dog in the yard. I also want to give a special shout-out to managers Aurora and Stef. They've always been wonderful, helpful, and incredibly caring with my boy over the years. I personally appreciate the care BarxParx takes with assessments and safety. When you're trusting a facility with your dog, you want to know they're being thoughtful about which dogs are in the daycare environment and making everyone's safety a priority. After six years of daycare, I can confidently say my border collie is treated like family here. He loves BarxParx, and so do I.

As long as you use the tools he gives you and practice them, you will be in great shape. He provides 3 group classes a week you can attend for extra help. It helped our dogs be around other dogs, it allows them to like and be around other humans as well. Dave doesn't force me or the dogs to do anything we do not feel comfortable doing. It does all depend with the owner or onwner's of the dog on how fast your dog will learn new habits and tricks. We recently adopted two older (Terrier) boy dogs that are maybe 7 and 8 years old the vets says. We also decided to get a 10 week girl pit bull at the time. One of the boys would try to attack the baby every time he saw her. I felt stuck and did not think my dogs would ever be in the same room, let alone even get along. Dave helped us with just a few at home lessons and now they are inseparable!! They play, tease and steal eachother's bones everyday. If you have any trouble with your dog and want to have control, I would highly recommend Sit Means Sit training with David Heck. My experience training with Dave has been amazing and I have surely seen the results in my dog Leo. I take great pride in training him and making him a better pet I am truly pleased with all our work that Dave has shared with us! A Training Program That Truly Follows the Dog - Exceptional Transferable Guarantee!…read moreMy husband Jim and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bark Busters! We fostered Willow, a Labradoodle, intending to find him a forever home, but we completely "failed" at fostering and fell in love with him. Willow's previous owner had invested in Bark Busters Gold Service training before we adopted him. As a disabled Veteran, Jim has found Willow to be an incredible mental health support, and we wanted to ensure we continued his training properly. A Guarantee That Truly Puts Dogs First: What truly sets Bark Busters apart is their remarkable Life of Dog Support Guarantee, which is transferable when a dog is re-homed! This transferable guarantee demonstrates Bark Busters' genuine commitment to the dogs they train, not just their clients. They understand dogs may change homes and built a system ensuring those dogs receive lifelong support. This is virtually unheard of in the dog training industry! Seamless Support: We contacted Bark Busters to learn about Willow's training, and they made the transfer process incredibly smooth. Their focus was clearly on Willow's wellbeing and ensuring continuity in his care. They taught us the Bark Busters method - natural dog communication using body language and voice control that Willow already understood. No treats, no harsh corrections, no complicated equipment. The Results: Thanks to their transferable guarantee and guidance, we've maintained Willow's excellent behavior and strengthened our bond tremendously. The relationship between Jim and Willow has flourished, making an incredible difference in Jim's daily life and wellbeing. Lifetime Peace of Mind: We can contact our certified trainer anytime new issues arise - for Willow's entire life. As he grows and faces new challenges, we have peace of mind knowing professional help is available. Even if we relocate, the guarantee moves with us! Our Recommendation: If you're struggling with dog behavior issues, we wholeheartedly recommend Bark Busters. They work with any breed, age, and issue. Their trainers are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping families. Most impressive: their Life of Dog Support Guarantee is transferable when a dog finds a new home. That forward-thinking policy shows incredible integrity and true commitment to every dog they train. It's a game-changer for rescue or adopted dogs. Willow is a well-behaved, happy companion, and thanks to Bark Busters' transferable lifetime guarantee, we have confidence and support to continue his success. We're so grateful for their innovative approach ensuring every dog receives lifelong support, regardless of circumstances! - Jim & Tammy Proud parents of Willow the Labradoodle

There were a few problem behaviors we were able to work on right away. Jumping, sitting, and overall listening. AJ is extremely great with our dogs. They are excited to see her every session, and happy to work hard for her. AJ is not only a great dog trainer but also a teacher to us humans. She helped us learn the tools we needed for our dogs to be successful. After 8 sessions our dogs are doing great with door manners, a long stay, coming when called and more. She has taught us fun games that allow the dogs to use their noses to find scents, while also tiring them out. I recommend AJ to anyone in need of help with dogs who already are great, but have a few quirks to workout. And I highly recommend AJ to anyone with new pups in the house. She has made a huge difference for us, and our dogs as well as everyone's confidence!

I must stress that AJ is just not about training but more importantly she believes in Nala's well being. AJ created a bond with Nala, yet Nala is aware she is in training. AJ listened to our needs, and investigated our surroundings/situation. AJ prioritizes Nala's delicate insecurities. There are not many Trainers (or businesses) that go above and beyond the need to "sincerely help" and yet is still a professional. ie: AJ has accompanied us on numerous Vet visits; suggested Doggie Daycare, plus accompanied us on Nala 1st visit and ensured Nala's transition into socializing with other dogs. In which was a success! Nala is now at leash training status and people interaction. Stay tuned for further updates... Don't ponder... we still HIGHLY RECOMMEND AJ for your pet training needs!!!!

My little dog Willow just spent 25 days with her while we were out of town for a summer vacation and I just cannot say enough good things about Rhonda! I was incredibly anxious about leaving my dog because we rescued her less than a year ago, she has a lot of anxiety and fear, and we'd never left her before. I actually cried when I dropped her off! Rhonda was so caring and loving - she totally understood my difficulty and assured me that Willow would be okay. She kept in touch with me the whole time, sending lots of adorable photos and videos. Willow actually blossomed while she was there. She became more socialized with both other dogs and her new human friends. She's a new dog! Rhonda even bathed her before I picked her up so she was smelling sweet. I will never take Willow anywhere else for boarding, and I will recommend Rhonda to all my pet-owning friends!! THANK YOU RHONDA!!! Check out my photos - there's Willow's first day, and the other one is just four days later. Look at how transformed Willow became in just a few days! Rhonda is truly gifted. When I picked him up the charge was $10 more a night than usual and it was not communicated to me that the fees went up. I was also very confused about the name change and new staff, as it was not communicated to me about price change, name change, or staff change. My dog came home sick with kennel cough and as the next few days passed his cough got significantly worse. He started to really scare me with his cough as this was the first time in 9.5 years my dog has ever been sick. After a call with the manager Brooklyn I was left feeling disgruntled and taken advantage of with the entire change and my dog coming home sick. I spend $187 at the vet for meds. I called back to give them an opportunity to make it right and she was kinder this time on the phone but did not make it right. She also told me they are under the same ownership and management even though public record states different. For someone who comes often and always treats everyone in there with kindness and respect I do not feel that they made it right. It would have been nice to have atleast one night credited to my account but instead all they did was credit me $20 for the non communication about the overcharge and new pricing. Just know if your animal comes home sick, you will be responsible for the entire bill with no financial empathy from management. The front desk girl at the Jones location is the sweetest ever.
