    Charlie's Christmas photo in Boarding!

The staff and services provided are excellent. Charlie was a rescue that received excellent training from Club K9. I have left Charlie at boarding twice. One stay for training while traveling and the other for the holidays.

Lost 25% of their body weight

I'm extremely disappointed and angry with the service provided by club K9. Our dogs were enrolled in their two-week training program, but unfortunately, they lost a significant amount of weight (20%) and became severely ill during their stay. Despite their poor health, we were still required to pay the full amount of $14,000. They told us - your dogs health conditions are not our concerns!!!! You signed the contract After picking up our dogs, we immediately took them to the vet, who was shocked by their condition. It's been a year, and one of our dogs continues to require frequent hospital visits, resulting in additional veterinary bills of over $10,000. My dog could die because of them. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering this business for their pet's training needs.

Update! You can read the owners response they never once reached out to make it right. You understand a one size fits all approach doesn't work yet you haven't stepped up to make a difference or make it right. If you're gonna write a bunch of fluff have the back bone to back it up. This is how they treat you after they get your money. Do your research and look past the advertising! Find a trainer to get a real service dog! You can't use an e-collar for the Canine Good Citizen test or have a dog inappropriately urinating on the floor. The dogs go to the bathroom so frequently on the floor they have a team dedicated to cleaning it up. You can't mix service dogs with behavioral correction dogs. My dog became reactive to dogs out of fear. Club k9 trains them all the same all together. I watched many "corrected dogs" lung and try to bite other dogs during training some without muzzles on. Save your money and don't make the same mistake. It won't let me attach pictures but they replied to my post a couple months later. Please read! I think a lot of people don't post how they actually feel about this place in fear of loosing access to the boarding facility. In a quick summary the training facility does not make service dogs and the boarding facility is an over priced kennel. Details of full experience bellow. I hope this helps you in finding your way through your service dog journey! Comments regarding training:I took my dog for service training and while not every dog can be cut out for it they did nothing but tell me he was good. I was given a certificate at the end of training that they were pleased with him. I was shocked when I first brought him home and saw him barking and growling with reactivity at people and other dogs. I have NEVER seen him do that before. They told me to keep working and be patient. He's 11 months old now and he started his training at 6 months with them. Since then I've found another trainer and we're making progress. But the learned reactivity he got from club k9 has been tough to train out of him. I went to every class and every time I expressed my issues I was passed off and ignored. There were multiple email chains were I expressed my concerns out of class besides just vocal ones. Their website advertises they will work with a dog as long as it takes and you should know they will not. Your dog will go through the program and then you're left with as good as they can get them. If you're wanting a service dog I do not recommend them. Basic obedience maybe. The main reason is they don't prepare service dogs to work in real world environments. Every dog in their classes inappropriately urinates and poops on the floor. You can't have a service dog peeing on the floor of a store. My "service dog" couldn't even handle a walk around the block when I first brought him home. They also advertise they will do specific task training. I asked about this constantly and was blown off. They will not work with you on any actual task training without additional money. Having the dog go under a chair is considered a task to them and the only thing they will teach during the service dog training program. I personally didn't want to go back to pay for task training when the basics I already paid for weren't there. In addition to that they won't work with you on weekends or after normal office hours. They aren't accommodating in the slightest. I drove 4 hours twice a week to go to every single one of their classes and got my work to change my schedule temporarily for me to go. I will give club k9 credit for his heeling and going under chairs though. I understand it takes time for a Doberman to learn and I wish they would have put in the effort and time to help me and him. They do not prepare service dogs at the minimum to be able or prepared to take the good citizen test. They do a great job teaching dogs to sit, lay down, and stick to you like glue when you're walking. I understood I signed a contract and couldn't request a refund or partial refund. You should be aware before you spend a large sum of money like I did.

I would like to recommend this dog trainer school in Las Vegas and Also in Phoenix AZ. The have a very good take care my dog and she doing really good after school. It's been 6 months since Axels initial training at Club K9. We are so happy with the results! He listens, obeys, walks off leash, doesn't get distracted (for the most part!) and is well behaved in the home. We work with him everyday to reinforce his training. Thanks for the awesome foundation you laid down for him, he is a happy dog!

Place smells really bad and they dont seem to provide all the so called extras they brag about. Location is in ugly area too and the dogs are all on lockdown all day. My dog came back smelling like urine and looked traumatized. Never again!

Abby and LB! I cannot say enough about the wonderful services offered by Club K9. We have used training, daycare, and boarding services, and we have never been let down by the excellent professional service we have received for our fur babies. We have never had to worry about their care or treatment by staff. The hugs and smiles that welcome our family are awesome. We love Club K9!

Do you train for companion dogs for the handicap?

Yes we do, give us a call and we can go over the program with you.

The facility photos inside look amazing. I'm super impressed, the dogs are all just laying around like on the beach chillin. How does this happen? Every place I've ever walked in you can hear dogs in the back rooms barking.

We had to put one of them down due to injuries and thought I would need to rehome 2 of them but he worked with all of us and made my pack stronger and more bonded than ever. He trained me as well on how to be a stronger mama bear and take my power back. He taught me to "lock up" my couch since the couch was misbehaving when I wasn't home. Haha. Now my furniture is safe, my dogs aren't tempted and they can be unsupervised more often without getting into trouble. His weekly group classes are a lot of fun to bring the dogs to so they can play and train at the same time. He is patient, clear and builds a strong foundation that helps puppies build confidence. We had a package for both private and group training, and both have been incredibly valuable for us & Winter. At group she is learning impulse control, basic commands while there is a lot going on around her, agility, and we sometimes finish with group play that reinforces how to play with other dogs in a safe & controlled environment. We also did a board & train while we were on vacation, and Winter was so happy (and tired) when we got home, but responded much better to commands, but we had to stay consistent for her. 100000/10 Highly suggest Content K9s!

We fostered Willow, a Labradoodle, intending to find him a forever home, but we completely "failed" at fostering and fell in love with him. Willow's previous owner had invested in Bark Busters Gold Service training before we adopted him. As a disabled Veteran, Jim has found Willow to be an incredible mental health support, and we wanted to ensure we continued his training properly. A Guarantee That Truly Puts Dogs First: What truly sets Bark Busters apart is their remarkable Life of Dog Support Guarantee, which is transferable when a dog is re-homed! This transferable guarantee demonstrates Bark Busters' genuine commitment to the dogs they train, not just their clients. They understand dogs may change homes and built a system ensuring those dogs receive lifelong support. This is virtually unheard of in the dog training industry! Seamless Support: We contacted Bark Busters to learn about Willow's training, and they made the transfer process incredibly smooth. Their focus was clearly on Willow's wellbeing and ensuring continuity in his care. They taught us the Bark Busters method - natural dog communication using body language and voice control that Willow already understood. No treats, no harsh corrections, no complicated equipment. The Results: Thanks to their transferable guarantee and guidance, we've maintained Willow's excellent behavior and strengthened our bond tremendously. The relationship between Jim and Willow has flourished, making an incredible difference in Jim's daily life and wellbeing. Lifetime Peace of Mind: We can contact our certified trainer anytime new issues arise - for Willow's entire life. As he grows and faces new challenges, we have peace of mind knowing professional help is available. Even if we relocate, the guarantee moves with us! Our Recommendation: If you're struggling with dog behavior issues, we wholeheartedly recommend Bark Busters. They work with any breed, age, and issue. Their trainers are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping families. Most impressive: their Life of Dog Support Guarantee is transferable when a dog finds a new home. That forward-thinking policy shows incredible integrity and true commitment to every dog they train. It's a game-changer for rescue or adopted dogs. Willow is a well-behaved, happy companion, and thanks to Bark Busters' transferable lifetime guarantee, we have confidence and support to continue his success. We're so grateful for their innovative approach ensuring every dog receives lifelong support, regardless of circumstances! - Jim & Tammy Proud parents of Willow the Labradoodle
