While my brows are a tad bit better than prior to Kristi's Signature Brow procedure, and after an 8…read moreweek touchup (aftercare done exactly as she told me on both!), they definitely don't look like what I expected - especially considering I chose her after seeing so much of her work on Instagram. A couple of months following my touchup I messaged Kristi on Instagram, sending her updated photos and letting her know I wasn't happy with my healed results. She replied by saying she felt they looked great and she even claimed she would post those photos on her feed - after I challenged her "they look great" reply. Well, of course she never did because she knows my healed results don't look anywhere near as beautiful as the clients that she does post on her feed. As soon as she learned I was unhappy she also prohibited me from leaving comments on her post, and she will no longer open/reply to any of my messages. I also found it very interesting that when I attempted to leave a review on her StyleSeat account, it shows I rated her with 5 Stars on each of my appointments - which I did NOT! I waited to leave a review until I had enough time to heal, and by then I was basically locked out of leaving a review. So, I guess this is why Kristi doesn't send you all of the paperwork to complete before your appointment. Didn't seem right that she waited until the procedure date, when you're in a hurry to get started and don't want to spend so much time reading all of those papers. After I did complete all of the paperwork I asked her for copies of all that I signed/initialed, and she said she had no way of giving me copies - not even via email! My only option was to take photos with my phone. There was so much about this procedure and results that I wasn't expecting, and would have found it extremely helpful to have known in advance! Do your research before having this procedure done!
