I chose this place because I saw all the good reviews and I was super excited to try them out for the first time, unfortunately my experience was terrible and I would not be going back. I went to get a full set, white tip and a spa pedicure. My pedicure started off great until the guy cut me and I started bleeding. He apologized and I was understanding because accidents happen but I bled the rest of my time there. He sprayed what I believe alcohol on it and tended it, but I was worried because he did not use separate polish and even opened up a new pink and used on the same bloody toe which I am worried for the next person as a possible health issue. He also had a bit of an attitude and was a little rude but it was at the end of the day so I understand, maybe he had a long day. After that I got my manicure, I asked for white tip, full set. I didn't realize until after I left that they did not do my cuticles, usually what all nail salons do before putting on the acrylic. I told them (the older woman and gentleman) about the cut and they put Neosporin on it which was nice. The woman (the mom) did my nails and she was super nice, I just wish the quality was better. The older gentleman was super kind too. Their pricing was also odd, I went on their website before going and was charged $55 for my full set & $35 for the spa pedicure with a total of $90. I didn't question her as maybe the prices changed and they did not update their website. She also kept changing the prices (like three times) in person when I was about to pay. When I got into my car I looked at my nails and the underneath of my nails still had acrylic bumps that usually other salons make sure that it's filed out. I also noticed that since she did not have me wash my hands before applying the acrylic, there were bumps in the nails and some lines (photos provided) I am sad because I was super excited to try this place and spend my Mother's Day here but would not recommend and will not be going back. read more

Went there with my sister and my niece. They did a beautiful job cutting and filing. But when it came to the massage part, the whole reason I even go, the whole reason most of us women go, is we enjoy that five minutes of massage on each foot. This place does not touch your foot. All he did was put his thumb on top of my foot where it meets my leg and grind. I had to pull my foot away because it was painful and then he did the same thing right below my ankle bone. Again I had to pull my foot away. Other than that, he never touched my foot and all he did was rub up and down my shin bone. read more

Went today to get a Mani Pedi and the place was very friendly. I had a young man who did my Mani Pedi and he was great. Not to sure of his name but spoke English very well. He made sure a few times that the cut/shape of my nails were good and if the color was good. Had a couple of times where the nail color didn't look as good on me than from the sample books. Well, my index finger on my left nail just broke after 5 days. I assumed the Dipping Powder technique made the nail more fortified than gel? Is it the product they used or technique that applied the Dip Powder inferior? The color is also more sheer and you could see thru the tops of my nails. Very disappointed. read more

The WORST manicure experience ever. We had an appointment for 3 manicures. We came in and there were only two people working and one was finishing up on someone else. The entire time, they kept answering the phone trying to get more appointments after us, and were not truly focused on our nails. The two people went back and forth on our three sets of nails leaving a lot of glaring mistakes. After my manicure, I had to clean up the gel myself because it was all over my fingers and under my nails. And my cuticles are still a mess. For one of the other manicures, she sat there for 30 minutes soaking her fingers because no one was there to do them. When it came to filing, they got too close to the cuticle and when she said ouch the man played it off like she was being dramatic.... But then it started bleeding. For the other, she had to repeatedly explain why she did not want to cut her nails down and wanted to keep them long. They then proceeded to destroy the natural nail by peeling off the bio sculpt that was on previously, taking off chunks and layers of nails by using their own nails to peel it off. One of the nails started lifting after 5 hours. Maybe it was an off day, but I would not recommend coming here nor would I ever return. Update- one day later and a second nail has broken. The finger that was cut is hurting a lot, and the third manicure is peeling. Cannot emphasize enough how much I would NEVER come back. read more
