I was there kind of hanging out until she was done so we could go grab lunch after. My friend's stylist was really nice and she did a good job on her haircut. She did exactly as my friend wanted, so I can see why she trusted her. The salon isn't very big, but it's cozy and cute. The location isn't bad either, there's plenty of shopping right down the street. She cut her hair and styled it, but since my friend had thin hair it didn't take long at all. Accept zero input, never be wrong. Perception is everything. You (or whoever it was) were rude and condescending. Don't save a customer and help out your employee by saying "we're sorry about that, didn't mean to come across that way", just continue the only way you know how, defensive and no thoughts on what customer service entails. Entitlement is a crutch.
