Very disappointing experience. Jason seemed very responsive at first and promptly communicated while scheduling. However, after confirming our appointment--and even after one reschedule--he never showed up. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication afterward. He did not respond to calls, texts, or messages. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but a simple notification or follow-up would have been appreciated and shown basic professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience wasted my time, and based on the lack of reliability and communication, I cannot recommend this service. read more

Forge Electric was great. I was having trouble with a breaker tripping for my spa. It turns out that a repair on the spa had increased the power draw and now it was too much for what was in place. They quickly identified the issue, helped check with the spa specs to determine the proper breaker and ordered the part. Everything was fixed and all very easy and transparent. I was first introduced to Forge Electric and Jason when my dad and I started to get bids for our brand new ADU. We decided to have Jason and his team take on the new project and boy were we pleased. Jason was very professional, always showed up on time or early, did very clean wiring, extremely organized panel with all new switches, and stuck to his initial invoice estimate. Our local city inspector also liked working with Jason and forged because of how clean and organized all the wiring was. We passed inspections, and now my parents live in the back. We've had no issues at all. Jason also helped with connecting chandeliers, cam lights, plugs, kitchen island plugs, conduit placements, and custom LED lights for the kitchen cabinets. It's sad to leave this review- Jason started off very respectful, punctual and professional and I thought we found someone reliable to work with long term. However, things quickly changed after he messed up his schedule and requested to extend the deadlines multiple times (sometimes without informing us). The longer the project went on, the less trustworthy Jason's words became. Lots of no-shows, and he was even an hour late to the inspection. The inspector was obviously no happy.
