I called 4 different electricians for estimates on replacing 2 panels at the rental I had. HL Voltage, specifically lead electrician, Diego was honest about the price and came in the lowest. They do work as a crew so there were about 5 people working at any given time. They are also a young crew that needs a bit of experience but they are committed to doing a good job. And they handled themselves professionally. There were some hiccups along the work site. I also requested a conduit extension to the garage and during the line excavation, a sprinkler line was accidentally cut. Diego took responsibility and covered the cost of the plumber to repair the line. He was also able to get a good referral on stucco work that needed to be done near the panels. HL Voltage upgraded two of the main electrical panels at two of my rental units in Signal Hill and did a complete rewire in one of the units. Once again HL Voltage business owner Diego Aguilar came thru like a top professional electrician! My power and internet inside my home went down late on a Friday afternoon; I checked the breakers and couldn't restore it myself so I called Diego on his cell phone. He answered, and gave me a few pointers on how I might restore it; and he said if I couldn't do it, he would come the next morning at 11 AM to my house on a Saturday. He showed up on time and spent an hour and a half with me despite having a newborn son at home and his family in town visiting; When he found it to be an Edison problem, he even called and filed a report for me with SCE and requested service ASAP from them; he didn't ask me for any payment when he left, but I insisted on paying him since he came out on a Saturday morning and he helped me out by identifying the problems I was having.
