I was looking for a last minute charcuterie board for my boyfriend and I for our little New Year's celebration when I stumbled upon this business. The customer service was top notch and was a very pleasant experience overall. I had to cancel the request once because I was having second thoughts about it, but I went back and was able to complete my order. Very affordable price and the pickup was really easy! Communication with the owner and her business was amazing. I'm definitely going to be booking an order with her again when an opportunity for a charcuterie board comes along the way .

*I* made this! (Pats self on shoulder)

I had the chance to attend a charcuterie class tonight hosted by Fork and Flare and I had SO much fun! I am not creative at all so it was so nice being able to create a cute board of my own. What a memorable girls night! To the business owner, Kelsey, we will be in touch!

Fork and Flare went above and beyond my expectations! I ordered a New Year's Eve spread and it was impeccable! My guests were very impressed. Not only did Kelsey provide good quality ingredients, but she also had the best presentation with attention to detail. For example, she had cute little 2025 cheese cutouts! I will definitely be using Fork and Flare again in the future! Family owned, great customer service, and very professional!

This was the tastiest brisket and charcuterie board!

My entire family loved the brisket and the charcuterie board was a HUGE hit. My kids asked if this can be a weekly thing. These are perfect for a trip to the winery, lake, beach, park, etc.

    Charcuterie picnic box

My family and I have ordered a few times from Fork and Flare and felt like it was only right to leave a review. The first time we tried a charcuterie box and the smoked ribs. Incredible! My husband asked where I got them from and could I order more next week? Ha! They were so tender and the seasoning was just right. The box was beautifully put together with an assortment of goodies that my girlfriends loved. The next order placed was for the smoked chicken wings. We had a Friendsgiving and I thought this was the perfect app to bring along. The presentation was beautiful and they were such a hit at the party. They were not coated in a ton of sauce, instead had a delicious seasoning that made them incredible. Looking forward to the Thanksgiving charcuterie board order I just placed!

Charcuterie board from Fork and Flare

I only post reviews when the company provides excellent service, and Fork and Flare is excellent. We ordered two charcuterie boards and they were perfect: fresh and diverse foods for a variety of tastes, beautifully presented. They also included charming details like whole cranberries for garnish, chocolate truffles, and fun little wooden tongs. Kelsey was responsive, timely, super friendly, and worked with our schedule. Highly recommended!

The staff was kind and helpful and there appeared to be a lot of locals enjoying their meals out in their outdoor seating area. While the market had a bunch of fun fermented offerings, the food that I ordered from their cafe was not exactly what I expected. I ordered the chili and spicy kraut grilled cheese combo. The portions were on the smaller side but given it was lunch I didn't really mind. I was more let down by the lack of flavor in their grilled cheese, the spicy kraut was neither spicy and just didn't really add much aside from texture. The chili on the other hand was delicious so that partially redeemed the meal for me. My boyfriend got their bone broth which was very very light and needed additional seasoning though. While I love what they're trying to build here, I'm not sure if I'd go back.

We've…read moreseen Charcutereats' previous work and decided to pursue them due to what we thought was quality and presentation. What we got in comparison to that and the pictures displayed on their instagram account is nothing short of a bootleg version. See photos for reference even though the owner will deny and leave a comment generated by ChatGPT. 1. Quality: The two main orders were absolutely sub par and cheap. The bagel spread does not feed up to 12 as advertised and feeds more so around 5 people. We got 6 very dry bagels cut in half, one large cut tomato, maybe half an onion, maybe a quarter of a lemon and spread for maybe one and a half bagels? The ingredients were spread so flat to create an illusion that the serving plate was full. The smoked salmon that we paid extra for was a mere few slices for 3-5 individuals versus the photos that show a decent amount for "up to 12pp." The caprese pasta salad had absolutely no flavor, and was brown from the balsamic vinegar yet gave no flavor and was a mere cold pasta with bits of basel.  2. Expectation: As shown on their social media page and website, the orders come on wooden boards and wooden bowls with some decorative items. What we got instead was a hasty delivery of a flimsy and broken plastic bowl for the pasta -- that had to be thrown out upon putting it out --and a flimsy wooden plate for the lightest bagel spread we've seen that was surely not worth more than $50. 3. Communication: Upon inputting the order and the delivery day, there was no communication. We had to reach out via email and confirm the day before and was met with a different drop off/set up time than initially agreed upon when the order was inputted. We 11:45am since the party was at 12pm, and instead got forced into settling for a 10:30am slot after some back and forth. This is unprofessional for any business that is selling a service. Save yourself the hassle and money and go to Costco and get yourself what you need, because the business is apparently falling apart.

No matter what you order this place is just phenomenal and everything is great about it. I used to come here over five years ago when I lived in Newport and now that I moved back I will definitely be coming here a lot more often. I walked in today and met the owner Sean. Extremely cool guy and clearly someone who really understands great food. We started talking and he told me the reason he even bought the place was because the first time he ever came here he ordered the roast beef and was so impressed he ended up buying the restaurant. After hearing that I had to try it! The roast beef sandwich comes with lettuce, onion, tomato, mustard and mayo with your choice of cheese and bread. The meat is piled high and is super tender and moist, and everything tastes fresh. Simple and done right and that's exactly why it works. Next was the Reuben. Corned beef with melted Swiss, sauerkraut and Russian dressing on toasted marble rye. This one is loaded and perfectly balanced. Warm, melty and full of flavor with the bread toasted just enough to hold it together. Honestly one of the best Reubens I've had. Then there's the hot German potato salad. Warm potatoes with a vinegar bite that gives it a really distinct flavor and it was amazing alongside the sandwiches. I love when owners are passionate about their places. Sean is a great guy and I can't wait to come back and try something different or just go for the Reuben again because it really was that good!
