I took my seven-year-old Accord here for service after the car failed a state inspection for a hard-to-verify steering issue. They reassured me nothing was mechanically wrong with the vehicle and that it was safe to drive, as well as gave me a full written statement. The service desk was efficient and the advisor was friendly. They explained an outstanding issue (front brake replacement), which was expensive ($581), but it was done quickly and did need to be done (if perhaps not right at that moment at such a high cost). read more

We bought a new Hybrid CRV in August 2022. A that time there was still a shortage of cars. Good news, our car was delivered in the timeline promised and our sales rep was very communicative. That's where our positive experience ended. They told us if we picked up the car on the same day, they as a dealership could get another car. So even though it wasn't convenient for us, we drove 1.5 + hours on a Friday afternoon to get the car. When we got there, the scotch guard had been poorly applied (would need to be touched up) and whatever brake, tire, etc. inspection hadn't been done right, so they couldn't release the car to us. This is the first new car we've ever bought, and we didn't get the experience of driving it off the lot. LAME. We spent an hour with the sales rep setting the controls to the car, but then it took another two hours to get out of there. Why? Because we were passed over to the Finance manager to try to sell us a warranty, etc. We were paying cash for the car, so there was no need for this, plus the guy was a total wanker--made me feel guilty for keeping him there late when I was the one trying to get out of there. Now, I've just been told that the factory tires that have 15,000 miles on them will not pass inspection. What can the dealership do? Give me a prorated amount on the purchase of the same tires. Why would I spend money to buy more crappy tires? And the soonest Saturday they can fit me in is 6 weeks from now. You mean, after you sold me a $40,000 car with lousy tires, you don't have the ability to make it right in a timely fashion? As other reviewers have said, it seems they don't care once they've gotten your money. Lastly, I called the manager of the dealership and left a message regarding these issues. Four days later, he still hasn't responded. Therefore we will work hard to make sure that neither we nor any of our friends do business with this dealership in the future. read more

I moved to Vermont in 2014 and traded my jeep for a 2012,CRV Honda. Three months ago I just bought a 2020 CRV Honda, from the same dealership. I am 73 and I remember when customer service and integrity were critical to running a business. 802 Honda understands that and does not disappoint. I bought my car in 2014 and have always had it serviced at 802 Honda, and I bought my new car three months ago and will have it always serviced there as well. This one is on the smaller side, offered me the best price and I didn't feel rushed or pushed into a purchase. It was a new car though. Have no idea how they sell used cars. Was told we would get free inspections forever. On our second inspection they refused to inspect saying our "Rotors were rusty" we would have to bring it back and wait 5 hours AND it would cost $500 !!!! Took it to our regular guy who checked all our rotors and said they were FINE.. WARNING !!!! read more

Got off I-89 to charge my Tesla Model S and one of the sidewalls cracked on the exit ramp (tires were due for replacement). Made it to the charging station before it went completely flat. We walked across the road to 802 Honda and could not have been treated any better. Parts Manager Samara immediately located a replacement tire and had it delivered within an hour. Service Advisor Thomas messaged his friend who is a Tesla Tech to make sure they had the right procedures to put the car into maintenance mode, disable air suspension, etc. Service Advisor Travis was just great to talk to. They had us back on the road in a few hours, and we wouldn't have minded if it took longer because of how pleasant they were. If this is how they treat folks just passing through who don't even have Hondas, we can only imagine how well they treat their local customers. Especially in these trying times, it was a very uplifting experience. Thomas, Travis, and Samara, it was our pleasure meeting you. However, after numerous communication challenges, incorrect filing of our loan application, and a car that was well over 2 1/2 weeks late, we decided to search elsewhere. When we reached out to 802 Honda, it was clear they are focused on service. We had an exceptional price within 24-hours and picked up our car, complete with all additional accessories the following afternoon. 802 Honda was even able to get us a better interest rate (2%) than our bank (2.9%). Needless to say, after all the hassle we went through with the local Burlington dealership, 802 Honda's service went above and beyond what we expected and we will be recommending them to friends in the future. read more

This dealership is appalling. They are absolutely wonderful when it comes to selling you a car, but don't expect to hear back about any maintenance. I've tried to use an additional warranty I purchased through them for multiple issues. They either don't return my calls, or they make it very difficult to have any work done. (A super simple seat repair was going to take at least three visits.) To add insult to injury, my lease is almost over, and I'm now getting emails twice a week and calls every other week about buying or leasing another car from them. Apparently they have time to make new sales, but they don't have time service products they've already sold. I find this completely unprofessional, and bordering on sleazy. read more

The service and customer support us outstanding. The service department personnel are knowledgeable responsive over the phone. When buying our new Honda Accord Hybrid, the sales department was helpful and gave us special care during our purchase. We were recovering from a serious car crash and they helped make the purchase easy and non demanding. read more

I was having trouble with my 2015 honda cvr. I had spoken to a service member the day before and they had told me to stop in and they could plug it in to see why the check engine light was on. So I did, but when I explained to them what I needed, they told me they had no time. Keep in mind I explained I didn't feel right driving it since it was bucking anytime I went over 50mph. Not impressed with level of service I received. This service is the exact reason I didn't purchase my car from them. When I went in and asked for numbers I was sent on my way with a sheet of paper with my buying options and never received a follow up call from the salesman. A week later I went to another dealership and had a new car. I've bought many cars in the past when it was Town and Country, but since the change you won't ever see me come back. Very disappointed that their service department was willing to let me drive away in a car that's having issues. read more
