Really wanted to give this a five star review but our family of four just didn't get good value for our money. My wife and I split the chicken nachos but they never came out so we had that taken off the bill. Our Two teenage boys ordered burgers. One came with a bag of chips and the other upgraded french fries for + $3. My wife ordered some potstickers which were okay and I added two orders of wings and had them split into 2 flavors each. Didn't realize splitting them would be an up charge. So 4 orders of 5 wings is what we got instead of 2 orders of 10 wings. We were asked if we wanted carrots and celery and we said yes. Only celery came out and we got charged an extra $1 for each of the 4 sides of wings. All together we got two burgers, one with upgraded fries, side of potstickers, 20 bone in wings with waters and that ran us $100. When we first looked at the menu, the prices seemed very reasonable. Based on all the other restaurants in the area that have good reviews, we would not come back until after we tried all places first.

After passing by this truck I thought I had to stop here. I finally did stop here on a lunch break. Man, this was the best Lunch Food I have ever had. BBQ has become so commercial and so crappy lately. Pretty much every BBQ chain is fake food. Once I heard they have Brisket I was instantly ready to order. They sell it by the pound or a sandwich. I opted for the sandwich, I wish I just got a pound of this stuff! It was really great! The meat was sliced nice and thick and cooked few well! It had just the right amount of pink to it. They provided some sauce, however, I did not use it at all. The meat has a really good dry rub on it. It was a bit on the spicy side just so you are aware. I would put the heat level at 2 of 10. I would put the flavor level 10 and the cooked correctly lvl 10. It was really really good! I wanted to go back for more! I will say the price was a bit higher than I expected from a food truck. It would be amazing if they sold the dry rub in a shaker by itself. I would definitely buy it, would make some really great beef jerky. Eat Local, Eat here, Leave Happy!
