I brought the blanket back and explained the issue, but the staff refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. They simply claimed that the blanket was washed alone and not with any other items. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Grace has done an excellent job on a wide range of alterations, including difficult jobs such as men's suit jackets to accommodate an 11" drop, and prom dresses. C A's bad experience may have been the result of cheap suits. Suits that are made by simply fusing the fabric to the underlying material and lining lose their shape and finish with dry cleaning. Quality men's suits--doesn't mean expensive or designer label--are fully canvassed. Using this process, the suit fabric is sewn around a frame of heavy fabric, typically wool. Suits made in this way will look good for decades. Don't need to spend $5K on a Brioni, just find Hickey Freeman on sale for $400-500 or half-canvassed Jack Victor.
