In the meantime, my cleaning lady stopped by and was going to do my laundry, but I told her the washer was broken. She replied "nonsense." The she went over to the washer and started it right off. Laughingly she said yo pull the on/off button, you don't push it. So, my washer was in fact fine. It wasn't broken, and I didn't need a new one like Nazar said. Upon entering, I approached an employee and showed him the picture of the disposable gloves from their website on my phone, asking where I could find them. He quickly stated the the gloves were sold online and then proceeded to tell me which aisle carried disposable gloves. The aisle had a small section of disposable gloves for specific uses. I took a few minutes to weigh my options, then made my choice and headed to checkout. Before the cashier scanned the item, I asked her opinion regarding the use of the gloves for marinating meat. She looked at the gloves and asked if there were specific ones I wanted. I showed her the picture from their website. She used a store device to look up the item and told me it was in stock and where to find it. While thanking the employee for her help, I couldn't help wondering why the previous employee couldn't do the same. There they were, in the aisle with all the grilling items. At checkout, I realized the item was marked down, which was even better. I got what I actually wanted and I'm glad that I went with my gut to ask somebody else who provided exceptional customer service.

They kept me updated with texts and when to expect my technician. It took Aleksei (our tech) about 10 minutes to pull dryer apart, diagnose problems and offer a fair estimate. The work took about 35 minutes and he had all necessary parts. He also cleaned out dryer from top to bottom. My dryer has NEVER sounded so quiet and smooth. Aleksei was friendly, worked efficiently and left our home clean. I would definitely call them again for any urgent needs.
