In a world full of competition, living in the black and white of contract terms when a family is forced to relocate temporarily across the country, will create for short term income in the form of a "cancellation fee", but a long term loss in the form of a family who will never return. As a former customer who has influence in the fitness industry, I will shed light to these issues and advise others to not join due to lack of flexibility from leadership. The club is nice visually and the equipment is good, but relationships with customers is what creates loyalty, when there are 10 other gyms in town with equally nice equipment. I was a three legged horse at the Kentucky Derby, my only solace being the impending glue factory. That being said, my social anxiety and third-trimester-beer-gut were welcome with open arms at CS. They not only fit me with stylish shoes, but encouraged me to actually pedal when on the bike...and pedal we did! There was a great mix of both physical and mental workouts for the 45 minute session.
