    Salted Caramel Latte
    Alexia M.

We've driven past this restaurant a few times and decided to finally try it after seeing fluffy pancakes trending on social media. You order at the counter, then find a seat and wait for them to call your order. My favorite item was actually the croissant-waffle breakfast sandwich. The flavor was amazing, and I would come back just for that alone. The pancakes were fun to try. You could definitely taste more of the egg white flavor, but I'd still be interested in trying some of the other flavors. The salted caramel latte was very sweet, so just a fair warning for anyone thinking about ordering it.

The inside is so cool and very calm and had all the aesthetics you would want. The service was great as well the lady at the register gave me suggestions and another lady was so kind to check on us and see how things were while we ate. I was super excited to come here and try these "fluffy fluffy" pancakes. I ordered a salted caramel espresso that was very delicious. I also got the Nutella banana pancakes and I have to say, I was disappointed. I understand that it is low sugar and high protein but it literally just tasted like a plain scrambled egg white with no seasoning or flavor at all. Even with the banana and the "Nutella" (which just tastes like a chocolate syrup) hardly helped with the taste. The presentation was gorgeous but unfortunately I will not be back.

We've been multiple times and always love it. The food has always been delicious and the service has been great. Lots of options for seating and now they have easy parking. Cute ambiance. Today we finally tried some savory dishes and they were yummy. We will definitely be back again!

Was pretty excited to experience this place but man... they have some real work to do. First off the girl at the front was not very friendly and when I asked for the weekend deal that is on their website and keeps popping up on social media- She said she was not able to honor if you bought two plates you get two coffees for $2 she said the deal wasn't activated at this location even though it's supposed to be at all locations. Both girls in the front were busy eating and drinking their snacks instead of helping customers - who were there to the point where the order before us actually left without even getting their plate- they were so frustrated. It took a solid 35 minutes to make the pancakes. And they weren't really all that the place was clean, but relatively empty. The food was just ok, but I will not be returning.

Under new ownership, and if the customer service and food quality and presentation are kept, this place is a MUST EXPERIENCE! Food is amazing, and staff and management are so kind and attentive!

Great service walking in and while we waited for the made to order food to be ready. It's a small little place yet it has an inviting decor ince inside. The food was delicious, it was our first time trying the fluffy pancakes and they almost melt in your mouth. Parking right next to it can be a bit tricky since it's up on a little hill close to an intersection. However I believe you park on the next lot since it has more space.

This had been 1 of the places that we've been wanting to visit on awhile. Upon arriving, the frontage landscape should have been an alarming signal enough to deter, but we chosen to overlooked, and soon to regret shortly after. However, the interiors were clean & vibrant. Started with the comment by the cashier, "It's much better if you use the touchscreen over there." Once we ordered, it took 32 minutes for the Souffle Pancakes to arrived, w-o-w...., with zero update nor explanation whatsoever. Suggestion, add some sort of background music to lighten up the mood of the ambiance, rather than total silence, while waiting for the orders, with noises of the kitchen, other patrons conversations, etc... Now, on to the pancakes, they were light to taste, mushy, and not much flavor to it. Unless, eaten with accompanied fruits. Unfortunately, this was the one visit, and done for us.

Overpriced and overrated. $17 for a breakfast sandwich, the pancake was undercooked and taste like batter. The service was also bad, taking 20 minutes to receive my order. Tater tots taste stale. I would save your money and try something else.

When you walk in it is very modern lots of natural light and a nice building. The workers were nice but quite slow, but I think they were in training to tough. Still should not have took that long. I got the Nutella banana pancake and my grandma got the blueberry cheese pancake. There was not enough Nutella and honestly no enough fruit to on the Nutella banana pancakes. On the blueberry cheese pancake there was lots of fruit and lot of blueberry and blackberry flavor but no cheese/cheesecake part and I didn't really understand what they meant by cheese. Also I have had fluffy pancakes before in Spain and they were bigger and better.

We came back to Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Café to try some new items, and it didn't disappoint! This time we ordered the Egg Benedict Fluffy Pancake and the Deluxe Matcha Tiramisu Fluffy Pancake--both incredibly soft, airy, and delicious. For dessert, we picked the Chocolate Basque Cheesecake, which was rich and satisfying. For drinks, my wife had the Tiramisu Latte while I went with the Tiramisu Americano. Both were smooth and flavorful, pairing perfectly with the desserts. Everything was still as tasty and fluffy as we remembered, and the service was great as always. Highly recommended!

I had the regular fluffy pancakes and they were delicious!! Next time I think I'll try one of the flavors cause they all looked incredible. The only issue here is the parking, it's very very limited and the lot next door says they will to you if you park there. Everything else was awesome!

3.5 Stars Love that we have a soufflé pancake spot in Orlando! I had these in Japan and the ones at the Fluffy Fluffy were just as delicious. They have tons of pancake options and toppings to satisfy your sweet tooth. We got the Classic and Strawberry Soufflé Pancakes. They came out perfectly fluffy and light, with that iconic jiggle and with plenty of whipped cream and toppings. We came in when they were kinda busy (no line at the door, but it was full inside) and ordered at the kiosk. The pancakes came out within a reasonable amount of time (30ish minutes) for a table of 4; but I know it can take a bit of time make these since the pancakes have to be cooked low and slow to ensure that they're fully cooked without burning the outside. So if there's a big crowd, I would expect a longer wait for your food to arrive. I think the prices are a bit high for what you get, given the presentation, lack of table service, and automated ordering system. However, as this is a bit of a specialized dessert/breakfast item that can't be found anywhere else in Orlando, I think it's worth a try and is a fun spot to take visitors. The inside is bright, with fresh decor and tons of windows. I love the look and feel of it. Be warned that their parking lot is small and they can't accommodate large groups easily.

I don't see any ingredients listed on the menu. Does anyone know by chance if any items on the menu are Gluten Free?

I made Souffle by myself at home, so as far as I know, regular Souffle is not gluten free, unless they have gluten free option. But they do have cheesecake, which should be gluten free. Hope this helped a bit.

It is a family owned restaurant founded by New York natives who noticed a gap in Central Florida for high quality, authentic New York style diner food. The original location opened on Universal Boulevard in the Lake Cay area, near Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. The restaurant quickly became popular with both locals and vacationers looking for an alternative to the standard hotel breakfast buffet. Following the success of the Universal Boulevard location, the owners expanded to additional Central Florida locations, including Lake Buena Vista and Dr. Phillips. The Diner has gained attention for its creative twists on classic comfort food. One of its signature dishes is the Bennyffle a combination of Eggs Benedict served over a waffle. The menu also features specialty cereal pancakes, including Fruity Pebbles and Oreo Crunch, along with classics such as chicken and waffles. In July 2026, the Universal Boulevard location even became the center of a viral national news story after a family of seven including children reportedly walked out on a $298.47 breakfast bill. The story highlighted how hard family businesses work and how an incident like this can affect them. I recently met up with a group of friends at The Diner for brunch. The Diner can get crowded, and they do not take reservations. I am grateful that one of my friends arrived very early to wait for a table for our group. The diner offers a selection of coffee drinks as well as alcoholic beverages, making it a festive spot for brunch. Since I had a long day ahead, I stuck with coffee and ordered the signature chicken and waffles. The combination was delicious. The crispy, savory fried chicken was the perfect partner to the soft, buttery waffles, while the warm, sweet maple syrup contrasted to the salty chicken. It was a very large portion and I really enjoyed my meal. The service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating when we needed several separate checks. I loved my visit to The Diner, and the experience was made even better by sharing brunch with a great group of friends. Good food, friendly service, and even better company made for a memorable morning.

Each item that I selected came up with a message that read, "Our store is not currently accepting orders." I tried again a few minutes later. Then again. And again. And again. I tried to call and received a voicemail that stated a different number. At 8:50am, the option to order seemed to be back up and running. I ordered five items, including the Roasted Tomatoes & Goat Cheese Quiche. For context: I live 45 minutes away from Buttermilk Bakery. It used to be on my way to work but, as of a few years ago, that is not the case anymore. So, it is now a special occasion destination. Reserved only for weekends when I can make the trip. More context: I have been raving to one of my closet friends for years about how much I love this place. My most emphatic musings have been about the quiche. Today, since she and I were planning an afternoon poolside, I thought that I would surprise her with an assortment of Viennoiserie and other items. At 10:36am, I received a call from Buttermilk. The woman on the phone informed me that they had run out of the quiche. How?!? Once the website was working, I was able to place my order quickly and the item didn't even read, "Low stock." I know that this is a small problem in a world full of large problems, but the thing that really set me off is that when I arrived at the store, the person in line in front of me asked for the Strawberry Buttermilk Pie. He was told that they were out of stock. He was pleasant in stating that there appeared to be slices in the refrigerator case. The girl behind the register told him that they were being held for online orders. When it was my turn, I stated that no one had held my slice of quiche. She blandly said, "I am sorry," and proceeded. I then stated that I was unhappy and had driven some distance. She asked if I would like something else. I responded that the person on the phone had simply told me that I would receive a refund. I then asked for the girl to check on my refund. She said it was not processed yet. So, I said that I would wait. She needed to ask for help to process the refund. She wasn't nasty to me, but she did not care one iota. My effort and subsequent inconvenience meant nothing. I wonder if my refund would even have been processed had I not asked. My friend and I thought the pastries that we received were fine, but she is fitness-minded and was hesitant to indulge in so many carbs without the rich protein that the quiche would have provided. And, yet, more context: This happened once before. With the quiche. Maybe a year ago. Though, that time, I believe it was a butternut squash quiche. My husband needed to be in the area, so he suggested that he pick-up at Buttermilk. When he arrived, he was told that there would be no quiche. No call. No nothing. He didn't think to ask for a refund and we never received one. That time, I simply thought, "Well, accidents happen." This time, I think that I received very shoddy service. I felt very disrespected. I felt unseen. I have loved this place, but I am so disappointed.

The people of Reyes truly care about their customers. I just went for magical dining last night. What lovely selections on the menu for $40! I ordered the beef empanadas, lamb birra (comes with a side of corn tortilla), and finished off the night with their guera cake (hybrid between a flan and tres leches). Our experience was nothing short of amazing! Thank you to the Reyes team!

I went to Reyes the other night with friends for the happy hour. It was pretty busy for a Friday…read moreafternoon, but we didn't need a reservation. It was definitely a lively crowd. We sat at the bar and order the margarita. The drinks were good, just an average margarita. The bartenders were very attentive even though it was crowded. Additionally, the people at the bar were super friendly. I'd definitely go back and try the other drinks.
