Beyond disappointing and a waste of $40, when looking for seating none of the areas were clean although it was completely empty. I ordered the BOGO matcha, crème brûlée pancakes, and eggs benedict. When you head to order, the prices were questionable for the quality. Spending almost $4 for a side of avocado is steep. Anyways, the matchas tasted completely like milk and the pancakes were not the best. Too much of an egg taste which means it could've been undercooked. For the eggs benedict, the first thing I noticed was that the avocado was a store bought spread (way too smooth and had a very artificial taste)! We've driven past this restaurant a few times and decided to finally try it after seeing fluffy pancakes trending on social media. You order at the counter, then find a seat and wait for them to call your order. My favorite item was actually the croissant-waffle breakfast sandwich. The inside is so cool and very calm and had all the aesthetics you would want. The service was great as well the lady at the register gave me suggestions and another lady was so kind to check on us and see how things were while we ate. I was super excited to come here and try these "fluffy fluffy" pancakes. I ordered a salted caramel espresso that was very delicious. I also got the Nutella banana pancakes and I have to say, I was disappointed. I understand that it is low sugar and high protein but it literally just tasted like a plain scrambled egg white with no seasoning or flavor at all. Was pretty excited to experience this place but man... they have some real work to do. First off the girl at the front was not very friendly and when I asked for the weekend deal that is on their website and keeps popping up on social media- She said she was not able to honor if you bought two plates you get two coffees for $2 she said the deal wasn't activated at this location even though it's supposed to be at all locations. Both girls in the front were busy eating and drinking their snacks instead of helping customers - who were there to the point where the order before us actually left without even getting their plate- they were so frustrated. The service could use improvement... they were a bit sluggish (and cranky-it's ok people are allowed to have bad days in the service industry) which my date complained about about since we were on a time crunch. Wow, a thousand times yes! This place is insanely good! We strolled in for a sweet treat after eating dinner on colonial and this place did not disappoint. 3.5 Stars Love that we have a soufflé pancake spot in Orlando! I had these in Japan and the ones at the Fluffy Fluffy were just as delicious. They have tons of pancake options and toppings to satisfy your sweet tooth. We got the Classic and Strawberry Soufflé Pancakes. They came out perfectly fluffy and light, with that iconic jiggle and with plenty of whipped cream and toppings. We came in when they were kinda busy (no line at the door, but it was full inside) and ordered at the kiosk. The pancakes came out within a reasonable amount of time (30ish minutes) for a table of 4; but I know it can take a bit of time make these since the pancakes have to be cooked low and slow to ensure that they're fully cooked without burning the outside. So if there's a big crowd, I would expect a longer wait for your food to arrive. I think the prices are a bit high for what you get, given the presentation, lack of table service, and automated ordering system. However, as this is a bit of a specialized dessert/breakfast item that can't be found anywhere else in Orlando, I think it's worth a try and is a fun spot to take visitors. The inside is bright, with fresh decor and tons of windows. I love the look and feel of it. Be warned that their parking lot is small and they can't accommodate large groups easily. read more

So much back and forth and slowness before we even got to order. I believe something was wrong with another customer because they were up and down from their seat and ended up putting food back on the counter and left after looking quite upset. Took 10 min to order (even though there's a touch screen and a register) for 2 parties ahead of us (total of 3 people). Ordered a drink + pancakes / friend did drink + pancake savory sandwich. After 15 minutes of not even receiving the drink and having no time info, we asked the wait and they told us 40 more minutes. Mind you this wasn't very busy, and we were all small parties. This is outrageous. Even steaks don't take that long. We were starving so we made the decision to cancel our orders and go across the street to a Korean bakery that was fast and delicious. I actually loved the pancakes , but I feel like they aren't for everyone's taste buds. The texture alone may scare most ppl away . What I learned: Don't order using the self service machine. We ordered using via the self service machine and they did my get out order. We waited and waited (our fault for not asking sooner) as we saw people come in after us and get their orders before us. When we asked they were super apologetic and extremely nice and rushed the order out. Seems like it didn't pop up for them once we checked out. I did have to show my receipt. Came here as a family. We tried the Strawberry Banana and Nutella Fluffy Pancakes. My daughter and I LOVED it but my son and my husband not so much. They said it tastes "eggy". Overall a nice experience- but expect a wait. When I walked in, they let me know there would be a 45-minute wait for food, so I knew what I was getting into. Walking up to the kiosk, you can see all the menu items clearly. I went with the tiramisu and the pancakes. There weren't any tables available, so we decided to walk around the supermarket next door while we waited. Eventually we found a booth. Just note that they don't have any bussers wiping down tables- everyone's hands are busy in the kitchen. The Biscoff flavor didn't really come through, but the tiramisu did. Horrible! I've wanted to try this place since it was highly recommended by others. I checked out the menu online and saw the salmon Benedict. I was excited to give that a try. When I got there they didn't roll it out to this location yet, it's in the Atlanta market only. That sucks, but ok, I can find something else. I tried to order the avocado Benedict at the counter. The 4 employees were busy talking till one finally acknowledged me. One girl was eating behind the counter (that's a health code violation btw). When I was finally acknowledged, the short girl was very unhelpful and told me to order at the kiosk. I tried to find the item at the kiosk and couldn't. The only one that was semi helpful was a girl with gloves on, obviously touching food, and touching her hair (also a violation)! I asked to order at the counter and tried to tell her what I wanted. We got there about 15 minutes after open on a Saturday because I read it was very small inside with limited seating. We ordered 2 lattes, 1 Nutella banana pancake, and one bacon croissant sandwich and it cost almost $50 which feels like a lot for a breakfast that isn't huge. The pancakes are made fresh and it takes 15-20 minutes to make, so just go in with that expectation. That is how they were made in Japan so I was prepared to wait a little bit. Overall the pancake was good - super light and fluffy. The whipped topping was also delicious. The flavors were not quite as good as the one I had in Japan, but honestly that could just be the flavor I ordered and the comparison of a memory. The croissant sandwich was very good!
