Thank you for the great hospitality, the amazing service, and the fresh food. My recent visit I had the Woodford reserve old fashioned, let me tell you it was the best I've ever had. The oysters are also out of this world.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place was packed but the noise level was surprisingly very low.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was very cool and the service was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server Justin was a great guy. Keep his distance but was available when we needed him. He kept us informed and made us feel at home. All the food was fresh and the portions were perfect. We normally have to do take home but here we ate everything. This place is alittle pricey but the quality of the food and drinks is next to none. So well worth it especially if it a special occasion. Will definitely return as we enjoy good seafood and drinks.

Big space inside with nice decoration. Highly recommend reservations for big parties or going on peak time. Serving was ok. They were polite but needed to improve in service and familarities with menu. Vegetarian going to fish restaurant is unusual, but I like hardware, so I wanted to give this one a try. Limited Vegetarian option and in pasta they can remove meat but can not substitute with anything. So it's not worth paying a high price for it. Need to work for vegetarian options if you want to target those audience Old fashioned drink - 4.5/5 Mistake non alcoholic drinks- 5/5 - not super sweet and very light and refreshing Fava bean - 5/5 - Buttery bean dish, appetizer size must have. Foccasia bread - 4/5 - 3 sticks of bread fluffy and soft. Sauce was ok. Need a little more seasoning. Gnocchi pasts -5/5 - small portion but tasty. Baby zuchnii - 4.5/5 - as there was no other main dish we went with this side. But really tasty.

Went to Fortunato for the first time on a Monday night 12/22/25. We had a reservation and were sat right away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decor and environment was very nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was fairly busy and all of the dishes coming out looked very good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was very nice and helped us decide what to order. We ordered a peach bellini (all crafted drinks are $15), the linguini aragosta (creamy lobster pasta), the black sable (white fish with asparagus and potatoes) and our waitress asked if we would like breadsticks with our pasta and we said yes. Linguini Aragosta was very good and the breadsticks were fresh out of the oven. Highly recommend the Black Sable. So flavorful, light and fresh, but very filling. Our bill was $102 and our waitress gave us free shortbread cookies with our bill. I would definitely go back.

First time here! Sat at the bar and we ordered pizza oysters and salad. The food was littterly so good I would go back in a heart beat. Only thing I'd change is they had blue cheese stuffed olives vs provolone stuffed olives but tbh it was still 10/10.

For my entree, I had the Blackened Salmon on arugula. This was combined with shaved almonds, strawberries, avocado, and blue cheese! Ever hear someone get excited about a salad? Yes it was that good. Husband had the Sous Vide half chicken with his coveted homemade mashed potatoes and carrots. My husband, the chef was not disappointed. And no meal is complete in his book without dessert. We had the Flourless Chocolate Torte. Quite heavenly. But what meal is complete without dessert? As always look forward to our next visit there!

On my…read morevisit here, I had the opportunity to try two dishes off the shareables menu and was super impressed with both of them. Service was also quick and friendly throughout the entire meal. The Birria egg rolls were a bit on the smaller side but made a big impression with its preparation. I've never had birria wrapped in anything as crispy as the wonton wrapper this was wrapped in. The birria was flavorful while being tender and not being too salty. The white cheddar and chihuahua cheese added a small amount of extra saltiness and a bit more fat, which matched well with the chipotle aiola. The duck poutine was incredibly flavorful, while sitting on the edge of potentially being too bold. The fries were incredibly crispy though there was quite a bit of gravy on the dish and the white cheddar cheese curds did a great job of keeping the entire dish hot throughout the meal, while adding a little bit of extra flavor. The bacon and onion added some umami though it almost made the dish a bit too salty and the duck confit added a nice protein element. Overall a little pricey, but given the more unique menu and quality of both the flavors and textures, it's worth the premium. The food here is definitely memorable and in line with excellent options available in Geneva.

This was my first time there and I am surprised I haven't heard more people talking about it. I stopped in a little after 9:30pm to meet up with the rest of the group of 6 on a Saturday night. I didn't realize until I got there that my cousin's cousin who is a friend was actually bartending so that was a nice surprise because he's got a lot of experience. Our server was really nice and came up to our high top as I was looking over the drink menu to let me know that the kitchen would be closing soon in case we wanted to order any food but we had all already eaten. I do kind of wish that I had looked over the food menu though because some of the last plates I saw being served for the night looked pretty good. Both the server and our friend did a great job of checking in throughout the night with our party and the others. This was the same night as the Pride Celebration in Aurora that was literally just outside on Stolp Ave but it wasn't very busy for a while but a good amount of people trickled in for a nightcap after the show at the Paramount let out. The 2 drinks I had were really good. The first one was the featured cocktail: Naughty Nellie's Nectar which was a great Tiki-esque drink with spiced rum and bitters mixed with various fruit juices including passion fruit, guava, pineapple, and lime. It was right up my alley so I was a little sad when I went for a second one and the bartender said that they had run out of some of the ingredients but that he would make me the other drink on the menu that's similar, the Twilight Tixi. I liked that one a lot too. What really made the night great though was the chill and relaxing ambiance of the space. The nice lighting gave the mood of a mix between lounge, restaurant and bar. The music was good and although they had the TV above the bar playing the last game of the NBA finals it was not the focal point. I'm looking forward to more fun nights at Arthouse in the future.

Our server today was Jackie, who provided good service and was personable and friendly. We started with cocktails, an old-fashioned for him and a bees knees for me. The bartender didn't quite get the bees knees to the right balance level with the honey, but I asked one of the staff to ask the bartender to add more honey. He kind of missed the mark on that cocktail unfortunately. In his defense, a lot of bartenders really don't know how to make a good bees knees. We ordered the meatballs and polenta to share as an appetizer. The meatballs rivaled my Italian dad's, and that says a lot because he made the best meatballs ever. The restaurant didn't serve grilled crostini with their meatballs like other places unfortunately, and there was no bread service. However, I believe they do have garlic bread on their menu that you can order For dinner my husband had the short ribs with gnocchi and I had the vodka rigatoni. Both of those dishes were delicious. I don't like short ribs but I gave it a taste - it was tender and delicious. My vodka rigatoni came with chicken for some reason (this 100% Italian would never put chicken with rigatoni alla vodka) so I nixed it. A half slice of garlic bread was served on each of our entrées. My husband's was perfectly grilled and mine was not. The one time I was getting bread and it turned out to be meh. We ordered a tiramisu to take with us to enjoy later that evening. It was light and heavenly. However, for the price, I think they could have offered a larger slice as it was a small 3 x 3 square. Having said that I love that we found a place that has good food just a five-minute walk from the theater. I think our fellow theater goers discovered this place, too, because the place was packed. Even with the slight things that I was disappointed in, I would return time and time again because the food is really good. Give this place to try!
