However, as the product is apparently no longer available (I was not notified) here is a new statement. I did receive a full refund, the long way around the refund process. All is well. Within a month the flooring is falling apart and separating. They are creating tripping hazards for me, my husband and our family. We submitted a warranty claim that went absolutely nowhere. Floor & Decor had an expert come (that we had to pay for) just to tell us it was the person that installed the floors that caused the damage. This is absolutely not the case, my husband tested the extra planks and saw that the planks are breaking off with the barest of touches. Floor & Decor is doing absolutely NOTHING about this and refuses to acknowledge our warranty. Whenever we try to pursue this, they claim our case has been closed. When she opened the box, she realized the items had been used and were very dirty. She immediately repacked them, and brought them back to the store. She is elderly and doesn't drive long distances, so she returned it to the store closest to her home. The store - including the store manager - refused to return the items. You can see that these items are clearly used and damaged, and WERE SOLD TWO DAYS AGO by your company. The customer service in this store is horrible and you should be ashamed of yourselves for telling an elderly lady to drive to Port Jefferson Station and return them there instead.
