We bowl in a league here, everyone is very friendly & it has a small town feeling that we enjoy. You can tell that owners & employees care about the people that bowl here.

It's a good place to play, it's clean and all lanes work well.

There was a birthday party on the lane next to us, and some lady brought cupcakes in a tupperware.

He only apologized once my sister told him not to touch my nephew and that he is disabled (autism) but he never tried to apologize until my sister confronted him. My nephew still wanted to climb as he wasn't aware what that man did to him was unjustified and wrong. My sister went to the manager and explained the situation but the manager (picture below: woman with short black hair and glasses) said that she was watching everything and began saying it was a parents responsibility to watch over ones child, my sister agreed with that and said that either way the man had no reason to push my nephew and that the correct response would've been to talk with her about it. The manager insisted their employee did nothing wrong. My sister recorded everything and told the manager this and also told her she wanted a refund. We went to the front desk and the manager came back with a completely different story now, she said that she spoke with her employee and that he said he never pushed my nephew. My sister then reminded her that she said she had been watching everything. She is a liar who didn't bother looking at the security cameras after my sister asked her to. She never bothered with any kind of apology even though her later statements imply she wasn't present at the time of the incident and she wasn't even sure about what had happened. This was overall a terrible experience that could've been resolved had the manager taken some responsibility and had not tried to justify the actions of a grown man towards a child with autism. This goes to show that they do not care for any child disabled or not. They don't train their employees to handle children with care and respect that they deserve. The employee didn't even know how to properly harness my nephew who despite all his excitement was standing still, he had to ask my sister to help him. From the manager to the red head employee, all of them handled this wrong and I will never come back. I hope everyone is careful with their children in their care given the manager was willing to defend a man who's first instinct is to push a child instead of talking to a parent. My sister was right next to my nephew when everything happened, I was sitting right there too and my nephew's only emotion was excitement even after he was pushed. Do better ALLEYCATS and employ better people for the safety of children.

Seen a couple open play bowlers bowling. Was gonna bowl, but was told they would be closing in about and hour. Walked to the bar area, same size room as I remembered plus 4 pool tables. No customers or staff to be seen. I guess everyone was closing up shop for the night. A waitress walked by me twice, I tried to order but was ignored or she was off. Well have to make another visit to try out the lanes on a different day or earlier.

The family had gathered at the bowling alley with a large group, many of whom were elderly. Upon arrival, they intentionally chose seating at the far end of the facility to remain out of the way and to better accommodate the needs of older guests, including the grandmother, who uses a wheelchair. Once all guests had arrived and they proceeded to secure lanes and rental shoes, they were instructed by the manager to relocate to lanes closer to the center of the building. My friend respectfully explained that this would be highly inconvenient and potentially difficult, as it required moving her grandmother and several elderly guests. Despite this, the manager showed no willingness to accommodate or consider their circumstances. While attempting to comply and relocate the group, one of the family members fell and sustained an injury to her knee and shoulder. This incident understandably caused distress. When the manager was informed, his response lacked empathy and professionalism. No apology was offered; instead, he simply proceeded to document the incident. From an outside perspective, this situation raises serious concerns regarding adherence to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Businesses have a responsibility to provide reasonable accommodations and ensure that individuals with disabilities are not placed in situations that compromise their safety or accessibility. Requiring a group to relocate without consideration for a wheelchair user's needs appears inconsistent with these obligations. My friend's family has been loyal patrons of this establishment for many years and has contributed significant business over time. However, what stood out most in this situation was the clear lack of hospitality, as well as the absence of any apology or genuine empathy following the incident. This response, combined with the overall handling of the situation, has led them to decide they will not be returning.

General manager had the capacity to credit account/card that was already paid for a month ago, EVEN WITH our proof of purchase. THEIR system wiped all transactions the day and time we originally visited, but they chose not to give us a refund or provide credits. GM even said he has the authority to give us credits, but he didnt want to. Made us wait for 30 min just to tell us to go through our bank. Visited about a month ago when the system was running into issues. They recommended we try reloading credits into the card to see if it worked, which we did: $110. It didn't work. We came back today (1 month later) to see if the system loaded our card and it never did, but our payment was posted. Looks like the day we originally visited (10/18), the system recorded NO transactions from 12PM-3PM. We provided proof of payment via credit card transaction, but due to them not being able to "verify the transaction" on their end (because their own system was down???) they could not credit our card/account. The GM was absolutely useless and noncooperative even with physical evidence of our payment. He literally told us he has the authority to credit our account, but was choosing not to. Wasted 30 min of our time with no rectification under the guise of "finding proof of transaction" with a system that malfunctioned and couldn't work bc IT team was not even working (on a Saturday). Powertripping leadership with no care for customer experience. Fun venue but lack of service ruined experience

This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences we've had, not because of a rule--but…read morebecause of how it was handled. Our six-year-old son loves racing. He's been racing regularly since early November at another Andretti location and has already been officially verified as meeting the height requirement for the junior track. We came to this location excited, with family in town, expecting the same consistency. Instead, he was denied access based on a manager's visual guess from behind the counter. No one measured him. No policy was clearly explained. No customer records were checked. And the manager refused to even come out to engage directly. If height requirements are about safety (which we fully respect), then they should be enforced objectively and consistently. Guessing from a distance is not safety--it's laziness and poor leadership. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy. Watching a child who loves racing go from excited to confused and disappointed--without explanation or care--was heartbreaking and entirely avoidable. The Andretti name stands for precision and professionalism. What we experienced here was the opposite: disengaged management, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a total breakdown in customer experience. We didn't ask for special treatment. We expected competence, consistency, and basic respect--especially when dealing with kids. This experience ruined our visit and seriously damaged our trust in this location. Until Andretti addresses these leadership and operational issues, we won't be returning--and we'll think twice before recommending it to other families.

The race cars are really the main attraction here and the entire place revolves around the racing. You cannot make a reservation. It's a first come, first serve situation. There are four racing categories (see below), so if you come with a group of mixed ages or heights you may not all be able to race together (I've witnessed this shock when birthday parties assume they can race together). The Intermediate and Junior Races are slower than you'd assume. I could jog faster, but the WORST part is the speed. They go so slow and are controlled so it's nearly impossible to pass another racer or actually RACE! The Mini Mario has some speed and speed is adjusted based on the general age of the racers in the heat. The cost is $29 down to $15, which doesn't sound horrible, but after waiting for a long time for your group to be called and then racing for 1min to 7 minutes, the cost is really high! High enough you're not likely to get in line and do it again. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ugh. There are kiosks and a giant line with actual people at a counter. Don't be mistaken YOU MUST go to the kiosk FIRST and fill out waivers, although there are no signs anywhere telling you that. We've filled out waivers on line before arriving, only to find ourselves at the front of the line and told "we can't find it, now to to the kiosks and get back in line". It's awful. The employees don't seem to like their jobs, or likely are sick of people being upset at them for the HORRIBLE process management has set up. We've never been able to find someone on the floor to help us when a video game eats our money or doesn't work either. The guys in the race area are hit or miss. Sometimes they're patient and kind. Other times they mumble and seem pissed off to be there. GAMES: The video games are the same as other places around town, but after driving all the way out here, searching for parking and then racing for 5 minutes we've always felt like we need to play a few games to make the trip worth it. FOOD: We've never eaten here, but it's basic bar food (hamburger, hot dogs, nachos, etc) and the cost is high for such basic food. We'd rather pay the same amount for better food options in the area. All that to say, expect to spend $$$ to come race, eat and play at Andrettis. Make sure your group has checked the height & age requirements to make sure you can race together. And finally, come with a lot of patience. ----- Race Categories ----- ADULT RACE 7- Minute Heat. Adult Races are for drivers at least 54" Tall and either 18+ yrs old or 15+ yrs old with State Issued Driver's License or Permit. Max Weight: 300 lbs. INTERMEDIATE RACE: 7- Minute Heat.
