This pool has 4 lanes. When I came at about 1330, the pool was empty. WINNING!!! There was a woman in the locker room preparing to swim, so it was just the two of us. I didn't care for the fact that there's no entrance to the pool from the locker room, but the hallway from the locker room to the pool is kind of in the back. When I entered the Y the two women at the front desk were very helpful. I asked about the pool and what were the busiest times. I also asked the lifeguard this question and what I gather is that it varies depending on the day. There's plenty of cardio equipment and although it's not a huge club, it has everything I would need for my workout if I were to use the weights or treadmill. Also, it's very clean! I'll definitely give this Y a chance again and throw it into my rotation to get a feel for the best times to swim.

Visit 9/10/2017 9/15/2018 Its been a year and I do see some new staff members but I still see some of the original, which tells me that they are doing somethings right behind the scene as well. (I like to see familiar faces ) It seems like members have caught on to cleaning equipment more consistently when I go, the facility is still very clean and I notice staff are cleaning the machines when I am in during the early mornings. I am very happy still one year in. Still have a happy teen as well...he has actually upgraded his membership so that he can bring friends with him now. Facility is clean, bright and inviting, not intimidating. No one bothers you. Staff are friendly and you can ask them questions. Bathrooms are well maintained (very clean ladies!) Parking lot is well lite in the early mornings, I feel very safe, cameras outside so I can see my car in the parking lot while I work out (you know car break ins at the gym are a common thing..don't let anyone tell you different!) No TV's on the treadmills, but I actually like the TV's overhead better so I can watch the multiple channels and switch between them!

The women's bathrooms were clean with two shower stalls. They have about 4 basketball courts and some treadmills near where I was. They had other equipment near the front as well. I am not sure of the prices but the location can be a bit confusing when your coming in, but just make sure to go near the very back, they are the last building at the end of all the office buildings. The facilities are beautiful and clean, the options are plentiful so many free class and great equipment and everyone is friendly. I see the reviews complaining about it being crowded, but that's because it's a great gym. I haven't had an issue with finding it crowded, but then again maybe it's the time I choose. Thank you L.A. WSA Fitness practices bait and switch advertising. I saw an ad for a 6 week challenge on Instagram…read morewhich seemed intriguing and potentially fun. Of course, the ad was a bit misleading. Surprise, surprise. Now I don't mind paying for personal training or classes but they wanted a total of $699 up front as a "bet" that I would potentially get back if I lost, in my case, 5% of my body weight within the six weeks. First, pretty sure this joint doesn't have a gambling license. Second, they don't let you choose your personal goal or the amount you want to bet. This amount is ludicrous for a six week class and most people can't exactly afford to risk to lose that amount or even forfeit it for an amount of time. I didn't get to try the gym as my common sense had me walk out of that "orientation" but from what I saw it looked pretty dead and empty. They definitely have some shady business practices and need to be more up front in their ads.

From the start, the staff has been incredibly welcoming. Hannah gave me a full tour and took the time to explain how everything works, which made the transition to a new gym super easy. Jerrod has also been extremely helpful and friendly whenever I've needed anything. The gym itself is very clean, well-maintained, and never feels overcrowded, which I really appreciate. It has everything I need without feeling overwhelming. If you're new to the area or just looking for a friendly, low-stress gym environment, I definitely recommend this Anytime Fitness.
