Choosing to work with Emily was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my fitness journey. Not only is she incredibly knowledgable about lifting, but she's also fun, patient, and encouraging! My form on all of my lifts (squat, deadlift, overhead press, and bench press) improved dramatically as a result of Emily's coaching. She pointed out corrections that I would have never noticed on my own. In just 12 sessions, Eric Atherton has pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of while making sure the workouts can be adapted to different fitness levels. As someone who's 6'2" and larger than anyone else in my classes, I appreciate that I can work at my own pace while still being challenged every single class. I never feel like we do the same workout twice. Great music to keep you amped up too. I've only been going here for 1.5 months and already feel like my stamina has increased significantly. It feels GREAT! These classes have a great sense of motivating community, can be adapted by a variety of fitness levels, from "I need to get off the couch" to "I want a six pack", and are a great value if you show up 4-5 times a week for what you pay. The class times work REALLY well with my schedule, and are at 5:45 or 7am Mon-Fri, 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30pm Mon-Fri, I believe 8 or 9am on Sat, and 9am Sunday.

Probably a little more in dance style classes since you don't need as much room, but certainly not more than 20. I have always come for yoga which is a $12 drop in fee. More than some, less than others, but I always follow the instructor, and I really love Levi's teaching style and routine. I'd love to see him back at the other place I go, hope it works out, until then, he'll see me at Atlas.
