    If I could leave negative 5 stars I would!! Word of Advice: RUN! The worst customer service and job. I bought a Groupon to get my 2 front windows tinted. They told me they would match the shading and tint. They did not deliver. I called back 2 days after and had to make 6 phone calls before I got ahold of Mike the manager who is located at the Puyallup station. I explained that my tints don't match and then he said it would never match since my other windows were by the car's manufacturer. I told them that they should've told me prior to the tint work got done. But they never did. They only told me they would match it. I'm not satisfied with the work and want it taken off. Mike took down my name and number and said he would call me back to get Kent to take it off or he would personally do it himself for no extra cost. It's been 4 days and Mike has not called me back. To top it off, they did a crappy job on my windows. See photos below. Who does a tint without covering the entire window?!!! I've been calling nonstop and no one seems to pick up the phone.

    Let me tell you my experience before you decide to purchase a job from Foss Audio & Tint/Groupon! March 23rd, 2019 came into Foss Audio & Tint and spoke to TYLER (Store Manager) he said to me, "before I can schedule a tint, we would need the payment in full". Mentioned to Tyler, that I saw an advertisement on Groupon and he agreed to honor the price, so that the company wouldn't have to pay for the advertisement fee. After payment, Tyler said, "we are fully booked all week but I can put you down for Friday, March 29 at 2pm" and I said, "no I can't leave work early that day." So Tyler scheduled me for TODAY, APRIL 2nd, 2019.  Yesterday, (Monday)  I called Foss Audio & Tint spoke to ROBERT. I mentioned to him that I did not receive any confirmation or text confirming my appointment or even a call. Robert said, "I don't see you at all in the schedule for APRIL 2, 2019" I said, "NO, that can't be! I waited over a week for this job!". Robert said, "go ahead and bring in your car in and will have it worked on first thing in the morning (April 2, 2019)." Dropped off the car and both Robert and I checked the schedule everyday from March 23rd for my name. NOTHING!  Today, afterwork I called Foss Audio & Tint to follow-up on my vehicle. Spoke to TYLER on the phone and he said, "it wont be done until the end of the night!". Pissed off I was because I spoke to 2 different people concerning this job and neither one communicated with one another but TYLER acted like he was DOING ME A FAVOR and he calls himself a STORE MANAGER! I went to Foss Audio & Tint at 3:10pm today and still my car was at the parking lot NO TINT! Spoke to the front desk guy since Tyler left to pick up his kids. He said, he will work on my car at 4pm and it takes about 2.5 hours to do. So I told him I'll be back before closing.  Came back to the Foss Audio & Tint at 6:30pm. My car was still in the lot never moved and I looked for Tyler. Oh this guy can't keep a LIE STRAIGHT! I did not have the original invoice with me when I spoke to Tyler but he knows who did the "WORK ORDER" which was no other than him! So I asked Tyler, who did the work order he blamed it on "ROBERT" pointing fingers!!! I said how come Robert didn't tell me that yesterday when I asked him? Tyler said, "not everyone will be honest to you". Did he really just say that? What a BACK STABBING MANAGER! To throw ROBERT under the bus when I have PROOF that it was TYLER that did my work order! He should be ashamed for doing that to his employee! I said so what happened to the schedule? Tyler said, "I have you down for Tuesday, March 26!" I said, "NOPE your lying that's not LEGIT so Tyler, pulled up the work schedule on the computer." I said, "Look! Robert showed this to me yesterday! My name is NO WHERE there and all of a sudden TODAY you can find me there?" Tyler switching his words around and SCHEDULED A FAKE APPOINTMENT just to make it look like it's in his FAVOR! He really thinks I'm that STUPID to believe his LIES???!!! I asked Tyler about the text confirmation and email confirmation he said they don't do confirmation text, emails or calls but THAT WAS ALSO A LIE! (See images) what a pathetic store manager, it's a shame that Foss Audio & Tint has someone working for them that has no common courtesy for customers. Tyler, has never apologized for what he did or OWNED up for his own mistakes but instead he points fingers to everyone else coworkers and including me as a customer. He can't even prioritize a decent schedule. Now I know why this company is in GROUPON because of Tyler! This company will continue to fail because they have a SNAKE that's working for them! Take your money and go elsewhere!

    I would go back... Saved me a lot of trouble with some equipment and issues my car had.

I wanted to get an extra wireless keyboard and mouse so I could have one at work and one at home and wouldn't have to carry them around. I asked about them in the store and was led to a plastic box that was filled with identical wireless keyboard mouse combos. I picked one out and asked where the chip was. This should have tipped off the clerk that I was not tech savvy. As I suspect many of there customers are not. She told me the toggle was under the mouse. I got the set home and did not see a toggle under the mouse (latter I found out she was saying dongle). I looked in the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and did not see it. I called the them and was told to check the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and once again I didn't see it. I was told that this would be a once in a lifetime that a chip was not with the keyboard. I brought the unit in and we looked in the keyboard battery area next. Then we looked we looked at the mouse and they pointed out a built in dongle compartment in the battery chamber of the mouse. I was never told there could be a built in compartment when I was in the store or later on the phone. I have since find some YouTube videos that explain where to find the dongle. This tells me I'm not that only one to have trouble finding it.
