They always look a little rough and dusty and some of the curtains to the fitting rooms are torn and ripped. I don't mind that much, but I wonder if sometimes the women walking past my room are getting a view they hadn't bargained for! The other stores were like dealing with a car dealer and couldn't really accommodate what we were looking for to boot. Oscar made several suggestions right away and did not try to steer us away from what we wanted, as the others did. He was very straightforward and forthcoming with the prices. He explained all kinds of details with the setting , the stone, the warranty, financing, etc, and was extremely nice to deal with. On our first visit, it was Gerri's personality and professionalism that made us comfortable with coming back to make a purchase, and Oscar saved the day after an extremely disappointing visit to Zale's, who promised us the sun, moon, and stars, and delivered nothing.

I stopped there today (Sunday) at 3:30 to look for a Xmas gift for my wife. As I approached the entrance I noticed the front window displays were empty. There were customers and employees inside. I tried to open the door but it was already locked. They opened the door for me but as I approached the interior displays the employees began to empty those as well, I continued to try to look at what was left but the employees just kept removing everything from the cases. I couldn't believe it! It was like I wasn't even there. Xmas season they're removing everything a 1/2 hour before the advertised closing time! I found it rude and also unproductive from a business viewpoint. They should decide what the actual closing time is and not waste peoples time.
