I just wanted to give you a heads up." Sorriest, most unprofessional bunch of goofballs I have ever met! No further assistance given to me. I should have written this 9 months ago when they had me take my glasses to the grinder, then pick them up! Should gave been handled in their office, not the customer doing their job for them!

I literally bought the frames she was wearing and didn't intend on buying a new pair but just replacing lenses in frames I already had. No pressure to buy a new pair at all but she was so helpful, gracious and professional, I felt very comfortable making a decision to give myself a new frame. She also made it easy to order new lenses to go in my old pair for a backup. She saved me money and being almost 80 was really appreciated! Who doesn't like saving money?! I've been going here for sometime, I always get seen in a timely manner. They are always helpful if…read morepeople are willing to listen and work with them. They always go over my insurance with me and tell me what they will and will not cover. With contacts my insurance has a separate copay for that as its a completely different exam. And they let me know this at check-in. The doctors here are very thorough with the exams and have always answered my questions. Optical team is awesome they are so nice and helpful. I don't typically have issue with getting my glasses. But, if anything is off I've seen them work with patience's as long as they are willing to work with the optical staff. I've also seen people yelling at staff because, they thought insurance covered more than what it really does. And the staff always remained calm and collected. On a particular day I had an exam and Staff told someone what everything was on the sign-in sheet, test options and what insurance discounted and or what copays would cost Before, they were seen. Then at the end of there exam and at checkout they didn't want to pay for services rendered. And so they offered them the option to not have to pay by removing trial contacts. It was clear they were trying to help the person to not have to pay for anything though they put, all there time into helping people find what worked for there contacts. It's rude to think you can go into a medical office and expect something for free. I mean they went over everything before being seen. You don't go to a store and walkout without paying. That's theft of services. Bottom line, if you have questions ask and they will be happy to answer or find one for you. Also you can text (501)941-4321 this office anytime and when they get back into the office, they normally reply sometime next day. Just remember to be respectful and work with your providers. As they do there best to help you and your needs.

So they made me think my insurance covered all of it and didn't tell me until after the entire…read moreprocess of my appointment that it actually didn't cover jack crap not even a penny they even did all the exams even know I put down my insurance on my papers they then gave me contacts for a month to test out then gave me a case to put them in and my glasses prescription then the lady says your total is 320 I said 3 dollars and 20 cents she says no 320 dollars I say I have insurance though yall said it's accepted and she said we'll it's not I don't know who told you that then she gets up and goes go the back comes back out and says sir can you step back here please and says I need you to remove the contact lenses from your eyes even know they gonna throw them away regardless and says when you get the money we will then give you your prescription and contacts which is totally illegal they can't hold your prescription and it says online they also can't make you take the contacts out rather you can pay for them or not. I took them out cuz I'm not that kind of person but once I looked it up and talked to an attorney I realized they did alot of things that was very unprofessional and unethical and taking contacts out of someone's eyes that were already used anyways just to throw them away is just sad I would have paid them regardless I just didn't have the money until the next day but now that I know I'll never go to Global Eye Care in cabot again! They obviously scam people into thinking they can afford something or making them think there insurance is covering it when at the end they just want our hard earned money...BTW 320 dollars for 30 mins is absolutely insane! I still would have paid them though just so I could be able to see good again they even told me my eyes were really bad and acted like they cared but they obviously didn't it was all a show...they could have helped me out but instead they chose to choose to get someone's hopes up and then literally make me take out contacts that helped me see perfectly again after 2 years of headaches without insurance I finally thought I could see great again they lied on the phone just to get me there to try to wait til the end to take my money the manager even told me they wouldn't have even did the exams if they knew so it was so wrong to do this. He takes his time with me and always answers any questions. The front of the office is a great asset to him. All three of them are friendly, helpful, and fun to work with, and I appreciate their patience when they indulge me as I try on lots of glasses. I recommend Kavanaugh Eye Care every chance I get.

Sean was the optician that assisted me and he was super pleasant and knowledgeable - I feel like I took mini optician course today with what I learned while selecting my frames. I couldn't decide & ended up purchasing 3 pair (and for a lot less than $700!) I'm still waiting on the call to pick up my glasses now. It has been longer than the 2 hours they quoted me BUT the other place told me 2-3 WEEKS so whether it takes 2 hours or all night, I'll still be happy I got them in a day as opposed to waiting almost a month. Definitely have earned my future business, I'll be back!

Simmons eye care staff is amazing but their contract with the lab that actually makes the eye…read moreglasses is completely incompetent, not only did that send the frames from the store to the lab to make sure that received the correct glasses they still got it wrong, the excuses ranged from the glasses didn't pass inspection. Also after the order was sent in with the correct frames they kept trying to give me a totally different pair of frames and you could see by the order slip and the frames the numbers did not match. After being told a rush order is being placed on the order they still took their time completing the order. I do recommend Simmons eye care for your eye needs, but I do not recommend their eye glass services. Take your prescription somewhere else to avoid the headache and long wait,

They arrived sooner than estimated. COVID-19 Precautions were taken (you are supposed to make an appointment first. It appears very clean inside. Your temp. is taken at the door.) This place is small and friendly. It is NOT A SUPERSTORE with walls of thousands of glasses. Nice boutique with designer names. Glasses are behind glass (as if in a jewelry store.)
