I've had the oil changed several times. I've gotten courtesy checks numerous times before heading out of town. I've bought tires there. Recently, my brake lights were staying on and draining my battery. They identified the problem promptly and fixed it affordably. My husband has also taken his high-mileage 2010 Ford Ranger there for maintenance, and has received satisfactory service as well. I've always been happy with the service I've gotten there, and if they find an issue they can't fix, they let me know so that I can get it addressed elsewhere. I will continue to use Chabill's for my maintenance and service needs as they have the ability to handle them.

I visited Addis Tire and Wheel Company four times within a month to have my tires patched due to screws on the jobsite and blow outs. Bryan even stayed late until after seven o'clock to help me out when I had my blowouts. Uncharacteristic of most businesses these days, but he and an employee stayed and got me back on the road. After such great service I returned to purchase a set of tires, which were great quality and great price. He had the tires mounted and ready to roll quickly. I recommend Addis Tire before you go to a bigger, higher priced shop. You'll not find the genuine people you'll meet at Addis tire at a big name tire retailer but you'll find the same great tires.

I've been commuting a lot for work lately so I've had 3 tires changed here within the last few months. It's been a great experience every time. The first time I stopped in Allied, I'd busted a tire right before heading to work in Nola and had to get on the road ASAP! I was in a huge hurry and the owner was extremely accommodating. We chatted a bit about jazz music and he actually played a Herbie Hancock tune over the lobby speakers while I waited. That just about made my day. Last weekend I had an egg in my tire, but couldn't spend the money on a new one so I asked the guys at Allied to just take a look and tell me how bad it was. They showed me it was completely split down to the threads, and I definitely couldn't drive on it. Knowing I couldn't afford a new tire yet, they put a discarded tire in better shape on my car just so I could make it to work that weekend. For free. I was blown away by the gesture. The guys totally saved the day. I'm beyond grateful for awesome local businesses that still connect with their community. As Herbie would say, "just keep on doin' it!" :P

I was unable to drive my car to work and had to pay out of pocket for a mobile windshield replacement. Despite acknowledging that the damage happened on their property, they have refused to take responsibility or reimburse the cost. We had a LOT of trouble with AAA, one error in the comedy being that they offered to tow the car to a place they recommended, Simpson's Service Center (it's now called 360 Automotive Solutions). You clowns want us three to sleep in the car? We limped to the motel in Port Allen, and the following morning, I drove the car to 360 to get it fixed. Most of the Yelp reviews said that this shop just outside downtown Baton Rouge is a good place for car repairs at a fair price. I experienced that too. The neighborhood on old US 190 is a little iffy, but the place itself is well taken care of, both inside and out. Many bays to work on cars. Waiting room with TVs and free wi-fi, the chairs are a little hard after a while. They did not try to sell me more than the car needed, they found the problem and fixed it. It took at least an hour longer to do the job, and we were a little late leaving the motel, but the part went to the wrong wholesaler, not 360's fault. I had a good experience at 360 Automotive Solutions, aka Simpson's Service Center. And I recommend it if you find yourself with car trouble.

My rear brakes and rotors needed replacing and I was given a full explanation of the work needed. The service guy physically showed me the pads so I could see how worn they were. I asked several questions and they again, explained fully. There were pictures taken and included with my invoice when they first did a regular check on my brakes. I was able to apply a coupon for brake services. The job was a little pricey, but so is everything else. I feel very comfortable with the service I have received at this Auto Care Center. I will be relocating this month, but for any major jobs needed, I will drive back to this service center. I highly recommend this auto center for your future car needs.

We took it to another repair shop where we were told it was 2 blown heater hoses and that this issue happens when there's either water or air left in the hose after the flush is done improperly. The manager claims they can't prove it was them, but no one else has ever worked on this part of my car so clearly it's not just coincidence. The whole problem cost me an extra $1000 out of my own pocket and the store manager Mel won't call me or my husband back to fix it. Don't take your car here - they don't stand by their work and won't make it right if they mess up.
