After I had it towed to Almar, Frank called me back & asked if I had seen the car, which was strange since I bought it new as a retirement gift for myself in 1995 just before retiring from the Marine Corps. Frank said that the car had a broken mirror and a bad tire, etc. Basically, he refused to install an engine. I asked Almar to install an engine, not tires or mirrors. I guess my car didn't meet Frank's standard. Another dealer will install the engine for $900.00 cheaper. Thanks, Almar.

As soon as I pulled up in the queue, I was greeted with a bottle of water while I waited. Ethan, Javarieh and Metriaus took care of me. I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of or tried to be upsold on anything. Metriaus knew my car was practically new and reminded me not to worry about my cabin and air filter for a while. I appreciated how they took the time to also show that the filters were clean as well as the oil stick. It may have took a bit but with the oldies playing and everyone in a great mood, the time there flew by. They did an excellent job and I will definitely come back again.

I came for an oil change and an inspection. My old car has plenty of issues, and the staff talked to me about the most important ones, what the causes are, and how to get each issue fixed. They had no problem answering my plethora of questions! With each oil change they also do a comprehensive inspection with photos and send it to you via email/text. This is honestly the biggest value in my opinion. Theres also an awesome mexican food truck in the parking lot! Thanks again yall! Easy recommend

Removing a transmission or engine works is lengthier. Fix the tire and then go back to the more complicated job. It's not difficult. One of the mechanics was unprofessional and refused to answer the front desk guy as to how long it might take for him to complete the current job. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Luckily I happened to find CLTMobile online! I actually invested in a mobile brake repair business about 3 years ago but have often thought how great a full service mobile mechanic would be! I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. I love seeing the younger generation building a great and much needed business like this in Charlotte.
