The donuts are OK...very sweet and could be better if more flavor was infused in the cake part of the donut. Otherwise, there's a lot of sweetness in the frosting in those bites. I love matcha but if you are thinking matcha (like tea) the flavor is just not there. Strawberry cheesecake was good and the blueberry was my favorite with the most flavor. Seems odd to me to make us wait to run a card again for donut holes they forgot. If I hadn't allowed my 3 year old to eat one already, then I would have handed them back. One other gripe is that they overcharge for basic donuts but I didn't mind paying because the customer service was amazing, and the donuts are bomb. Now, I don't think so. The fact that the employee knew he didn't charge us, stood there dumbfounded as he fussed around as he was trying to decide if it was worth charging us the $2.99.
