I was a few bites into the steak and super hungry so I didnt get a replacement steak. My daughter ordered a medium andi's steak. It was cooked medium well. Everything was a little bit off today. Lastly, it was so loud inside of the restaurant. I had to yell just so my wife could hear me on the other side of the table. I believe thats why our waitress got my order wrong... she couldnt hear me. When you spend $115 on 3 people you shouldn't have all of these issues.

Their customer service goes above and beyond; not only did they go out of their way to add all of their sides to their DoorDash menu immediately, but they sent us mashed potatoes on the house! They even got the food out to us 15 minutes before the food was expected to arrive! As always, everything was delicious, hot, and the texture was comparable to what we get when we eat at the restaurant as well. You can tell that the staff here cares about their to go customers just as much as those who dine in.
