The flavor was perfect with just the right balance of spice and savory richness. Every bite made me want more, and it really showed how good a specialty pizza can be. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff was attentive, making sure orders came out hot and fresh. The restaurant has that welcoming small-town feel, and it is a great spot to enjoy with family or friends. The prices are a little on the higher side, but with today's rising food costs, employee wages, and operational expenses, it is understandable. The quality of the food and service makes it worth it. The only true negative was one cook who was loudly complaining about making calzones while we were there. It came across as if it was an inconvenience to him, which was distracting for an otherwise great visit. Thankfully, it did not take away from how good the food was, and everyone else on staff did a fantastic job. If you love pizza and are in Gouverneur, this is the place to go. The buffalo chicken pizza alone is enough reason to stop in, and I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
