We had a difficult time finding this place as we are not familiar with the area. The name on Yelp is Foto Express but the front of their shop is called Niche Business Cafe. The place is located on the same side of the street as Lucky's, Menchies and Starbucks. Once you get in the shopping center, go towards where Lucky's is and make a right to see a smaller shopping area. They are in between the pizza place and the tire place. We had the chance to use their service since my son needed to renew his passport since it was about to expire. We decided to take him here on Saturday morning to get his photo taken and we were acknowledged by the lady and also by the gentleman working there. They were both very nice and accommodating. The process was very quick and the lady that took his photo even showed me how to fix his hair and got my approval on the photo that she took before developing it. They conveniently have a mirror for last minute check. Being a teen, my son has a little bit of acne on his face but it didn't show on the photo which my son really like and he was originally concerned about this. You get charge $1 extra if you pay with a credit card so better to bring cash with you to avoid the additional cost. We were originally going to go to CVS but it turned out the price is a little cheaper here and I liked the quality of how it came out. I thought it was worth it coming here and when it comes time to renew our passport, we know exactly where to go. read more

When I arrived in the afternoon on a Saturday, there were three people sitting ahead of us in the queue. Ivana, the lady who helped me and who is the business owner, was extremely professional and helpful. Considering that she was the only employee in the store, she was efficient in making sure all her customers were attended to in a timely manner. When it was my turn to take my passport photo, Ivana directed me to a mirror to make sure I was comfortable with my appearance. Going above and beyond, Ivana would also make sure I was satisfied with every photo taken before she would print them. The photos themselves were in pristine quality, and you even have an option to request for a digital copy sent to your email. I came in yesterday after work around 4pm and the service was so quick. I came in and got the photo taken for a passport photo within minutes. The owner let me verify the photo before printing! I was in and out of the store within 5-7 minutes. Price was $14 + tax so it ended up being $15.29. They did say they charge a fee with a credit card. So I just paid in cash. Well after checking the reviews and paying a visit in person, I gave up to get my passport photo done there. They could provide many services, so called Jack of all trades, master of none. I have a serious concern for the quality of passport photo, of which I used for my government document, if they failed to match the requirements. Some of their customers had encountered such problems. Aside from wasting money, really can't afford the time wasting and troubles afterwards. There used to be another great photo services just across the street called Photo Magic Studio, sadly it was closed, according to the business next door, 8 months ago. They took photos for document and photography for kids wedding professionally. Decent sample display in the studio.I miss their photo quality and service. The lady was really patient to take baby photos for the passport. Two babies are before us today (and we were not there for baby photo). Of course it made me a little anxious while waiting for them to finish but I like how she gave attention to each baby. Only recommendation which might speed up the line a little is to allow the parents to sooth the baby while keep the line moving by taking a grown up photo, or take the packages. Short Story: A fast and efficient place for government photos! Long Story: I came here on a Saturday afternoon for VISA photos. The two people working there were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They knew exactly how many photos to take, what size, and the angles to take them. The photos were processed and developed in about 10 minutes. The whole thing cost about $42 for 12 photos. The people there were also very friendly. She took pictures for our US Visa which was accepted by the consulate which is a big thing now as photograph requirements are very specific and Costco, CVS photos do not work.
