The school sent me a form to fill out and use to order my favorite photos, but they never delivered them. Now, everyone just shifts the blame onto one another, and no one takes responsibility. It was a complete waste of time, a crushing disappointment, and a loss of money. How disheartening! On top of that, their employees are inept and unprofessional. Lack of attention to detail ruined my order!!! I went in person to place order with their proof form and it was a good experience. Called for status about 3 weeks after. First they couldn't even find my order, then after finding I was told it would be another 3 weeks...I think this was the start of a problem. Luckily I received a call for pick up the week of graduation. I happily stopped by only to be brought an order with my child's name , but ANOTHER child's picture...like OBVIOUSLY not my child! What happened?? I noticed when their paperwork was on counter the incorrect order number was written and crossed out. So please confirm the order numbers and package numbers the staff writes to avoid the disappointment!!! read more

I'd give ZERO stars! So unprofessional, pictures were late, every single time I would call to see what's going on with my daughter's pictures , they would never tell me the truth and would always beat around the bush, every lady that I talk too would lie and give me an excuse, and also blamed it on the school, but the school had never received the pictures. Pictures were taken for spring and were taken in early April, I have YET to receive them. I asked for a full refund and supposedly they can't give me one, but right away want to take my money! totally misleading this place is a rip off the package shows a cap and gown photo once you arrive they argue that you only get a year book choice this is not what the flyer given to the students advertise , absolutely disappointed. DO NOT hire this studio for your school or group photos. There's a reason they're below a 2/5 star rating. Multiple people at my kids school were told they did not pay their fee for their photos when they absolutely did. They did not give out receipts after payment so now there is no way to get this issue resolved. They're just telling all of us that our kids didn't turn the money in. What a terrible way to conduct business and to rip kids and families off. To deprive them of getting their special photos to remember their year and friends by is disheartening. This company worked with my son's middle school for Graduation photos and yearbooks. I ordered online and ahead of time. By the time they graduated, I still had not received my order. I did see that they had a stand with yearbooks and photos from them on sale. I made my way to them and showed them my order number but they refused to acknowledge me and provide me with my order. They asked me to call the company and follow up. When I called the next day they said I had to pick up my order in Gardena. Why? It was set to be delivered and it was ordered on time. I refused to do that and asked for a refund. This place needs to get better organized. read more

My son took his cap and gown box picture a few weeks ago. At the shooting, the photographer showed me the photos. There was a glare from the light in the upper right corner. I asked the photographer if he could re-take the photos so that the glare wouldn't be there. He told me, "Don't worry about it. They'll fix it when they develop them." Imagine my surprise when I arrived to pick up the photos and the glare was still there. My son is autistic. He has been WAITING for this specific photo because he loves video games and anime. I decorated the box with an anime poster, and he pretended to play a video game. I've been waiting for this photo so that I can finally get his high school announcements printed and mailed off. I contacted the studio, and employees told me that they do not photo shop... like it was MY fault the glare was on the photo. I have left messages for the owner, Sharon Lee, and sent her emails.
