We had a fantastic experience with KD and his assistant. We had a difficult job for them to fix and they did it. Our fondation was cracked all the way through our house from the garage, laundry room and kitchen. Then we needed our sidewalk leveled to correct our drain problem. Greg showed up Jan 9th to give a quote for waterproofing my basement. Seemed like a nice guy. Said something about needing another guy to come out to do something with a laser to give a more accurate estimate than what he gave me. Said i would be getting a phone call and email. It has been a month now and have not heard back from anybody from this company. They have basically refused to respond to any of my phone calls or texts. Left me with now choice but to hire somebody else since they would not answer any of my communications. Makes me wonder that if they won't respond to calls and texts what they would have done if they actually started the work. read more

The salesperson give a quote of over 6,000 dollars to do a repair. After signing a contract that they couldn't get to for 3months we trued to cancel it and was told they wouldn't cancel the contract. Got 2 other bids for under 500 to do the job. Don't do business with this company. It's probably the salesman trying to get his commission. read more

Regret. I regret being persuaded that this company could fix my moving wall more inexpensively but as equally reliable as Smart Foundation (who had previously done great work on a different project). First and foremost their communication during and after my project was awful, practically nil. I found myself chasing them down constantly, often stuck in a phone tree to nowhere, sitting on hold forever, for every call. Of course, if you are calling to get a new bid on something you get connected to someone immediately but I digress. For my project, I needed several piers placed to support a moving wall. The work itself was quick and initially I thought all was well. Not even 2 months later a large, vertical crack developed directly above one of the piers. I could literally peer through the crack and see my neighbor's fence. I called immediately, or rather several calls because it takes an eternity to get someone on the phone. We arrange to have someone come see the problem. The day arrives. I leave work several hours early and wait. Wait... nothing. Bupkis. I call, rather livid, and was told "Oh we're sorry. We had a computer glitch today and couldn't see our schedule." They then reschedule me for another 2 weeks out (meanwhile the crack is growing). All this time I text the guy who originally bid the job, relayed my concerns and was told a lead guy would reach out to me. Nothing. Crickets. No communication from him at all. Finally, someone makes it out and says that the crack is "cosmetic ". Uh, sir, I can literally see my neighbor outside working in his yard but ok... He fills the crack with some kind of epoxy and tells me to watch it. Naturally that sucker began to split faster than you can dial a different foundation company. It rained hard and I literally had a stream of water like a fountain head spurting out my wall. I call... again. Someone else returns to inspect after another span of time. He takes measurements throughout the basement to track additional wall movement and recommends more piers on the adjacent wall. I call Smart Foundation and they came in a timely manner, communicated throughout the process, and fixed my wall and crack. I regret not having them do the original project but I got persuaded by the idea of saving a measly 1k that ultimately cost me 10k. Never again. read more

The crew was great. However there was an irrigation pipe that was broken during the installation of the sump pump. This damage was ignored and buried in the ground. This led to backing up of water through the basement wall and an emergency trip from a plumber. Were able to shut off supply to the irrigation system but then required another visit and repair from the landscapers. This repair was denied re-imbursement despite clearly being damaged by the crew and if addressed at the time would have saved significant time, money and inconvenience. No accountability, no responsibility. Would not recommend, would not use again. read more

If you are single female home owner, DO NOT use this company. I used this company based on their reviews and how they claim to be the best. NOT my experience. I was fed misinformation regarding my garage. The $4,000 project turned out to have nothing to do with my problem. And in no way fixed what I consulted them for initially. Day of install, I was blown off and told they would "make it look pretty".  Found cigarette butts in my garage and driveway. And the unnecessary project they attempted, is of very poor quality and looks horrible. Multiple attempts to contact management with promises to fix the situation. Now I can't get a call back. But I have to continue to make payments on this useless project. I signed with this company in hopes they would be honest, helpful, and relieve my stress regarding the job to be done.  That is the furtherest from what has happened. I ended up with a salesman that pitched a false job to make a sale and followed up with an install team with very poor experience and no supervision. And worst of all, no resolution can be had so far.  I urge you to get multiple opinions on your project. And have other companies review their proposal. It may have nothing to do with what you need. And may leave you with a large unnecessary bill and even bigger headache. read more

Just the facts. Dec 2021 crew came out to straighten basement walls ,replace drain tiles and water proof on my 85 year old Motther's house. 28 thousand dollars paid up front for job. Crew tore up siding and guttering quite badly and they did have fixed in April. Calls were mad that water was still coming in the basement even worse than before. Told them that crew did not did deep enough to replace drain tile and no grave was brought in for drain area. They said crews were suppose to take pics of process to prove work was done. No pictures taken! They came back out in April dug everything back up to replace the old drain tile redo what the water sheild or what others in dirt work call a gravel barrier Not a moistUte sealant. It is now 9 month in to project. A pile of dirt in the yard the grading of the yard needs completed. They installed a new sump pump as well in the wrong spot. Still waiting on the drain pipe and bubble for sump to be put into the ground. sitting on to not attached. A three to four day job has turned into along so far 9 months issue with empty promises and little return on phone calls. Can not recommend Foundation recovery systems. Poor follow up and taking advantage of elderly. Looking in to attorneys for help. They need to just finish the job. read more

Good work on a good system, but BE WARNED: Their dual pump system comes with cords of TWO DIFFERENT LENGTHS, one of them less than 3 FEET LONG, so everything will end up close to the nearest (GFCI) outlet, whether it's where you want it or not. The other cord has to be coiled up. read more
