    Fountain Spritz

I've had drinks here multiple times. They have a great Happy Hour with wines and cocktails for $12.50. I'm always able to snag a seat right next to the fountain. Service is great and this is the perfect spot for people watching. Can't beat the fountain view. I had the Fountain Spritz yesterday. Very light and refreshing. Although it's always a great time here, I prefer to come Monday - Wednesday when it's least crowded.

Stopped by to use our Caruso Welcome Rewards and sat at the bar. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. We enjoyed a glass of wine and beer and ordered a light snack of mixed olives and spicy tuna crispy rice. They were served quickly and it was tasty. Great place to stop by and enjoy the fountain view after shopping.

I just wrote a not-so-great review so I felt like I had to end today on a high note with a 5-star review! I visited Fountain Bar at the Grove on May 19 with a couple friends. We had already eaten and we were looking for a spot to have a drink before going home. We settled on Fountain Bar because the weather was nice, it wasn't too crowded (it's a small little outdoor spot in the middle of an outdoor mall), and dog friendly. We arrived 10 minutes before 5pm and the server was quick to hand us their Social Hour menu (3pm-5pm Monday-Friday) and let us know if we order soon, we can grab a couple things off their happy hour menu. Kudos for that! Even though we were so full, we couldn't resist ordering a couple bites---Buffalo Cauliflower and Fries. I will say, even though they are very simple, was delicious and nicely priced not to mention came out super fast. I had one of their $12 wines from their Social Hour menu---Cremant Rose. I was surprised this was on their happy hour menu and for only $12, it was exactly what I needed. It didn't taste like those cheap, sweet wines you usually find on happy hour menus and it is definitely the drink I will get next time I go. Good vibes all around.

We had just seen a movie at the Grove, and decided to grab a drink and bite. This is a lovely location for people watching, with full shade in the afternoon and all the holiday preparations going on around it. I love the fact that we could enjoy the giant Christmas tree from our seats. Very relaxing atmosphere with the fountain water in the background and relaxed atmosphere. Service was pretty good, but when they're busy, they may be stretched a bit thin, so expect that. The food was delicious, we just had small bites today. The truffle fries were quite good with a little bit more pungent truffle oil that I'm used to, but I liked it! The spicy tuna cut rolls were really nice as well, a real nice purée texture to the tuna. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great mocktails at The Fountain Bar at The Grove! I was the DD and my mocktails were beautiful and tasty! Quick and efficient service as well! We were never felt rushed and it was just a beautiful day in LA at a beautiful outdoor bar.

Service was good, Ambiance was sexy and romantic loved the fountain water show, Food was very tasty can't wait to go back.

yeah this place is really about average. nothing great, but not bad. quite expensive for what it is actually but I imagine its for tourists who want the experience so they'll pay for it. a nice place to sit and enjoy a snack or two! service was a bit slow too as it seemed like they kind of just forgot about us. but also its at the grove in the middle of the mall so I totally get how chaotic it is!

Such a perfect spot at The Grove! The ambiance is amazing, sitting right by the fountain with the lights reflecting on the water makes it feel extra special. It's the kind of place where you can just relax, enjoy the view, and sip on a drink while people-watching. The drinks were refreshing and well-made, and the fries I had were crispy and delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Whether you're here for a casual drink or just want to soak up the atmosphere, Fountain Bar is definitely a must-visit at The Grove.

Such a beautiful little spot by the flowing streams and fountains. I've been here many times and today was another great visit. Great view of the annual Christmas tree! Came in for a quick bite after the movie and enjoyed ourselves. Service was wonderful. Very attentive. Started with a couple of cocktails and then had the truffle fries and the spicy tuna and tempura flakes sushi roll and it was scrumptious. Great texture and very fresh sushi. Just lovely! Truffle fries were pretty good, but I wish they were a little crispy. Prices are what you would expect. Expensive. But you get the experience of the groove and all the beauty that surrounds it.

    Steak frites

Perfect spot for a drink . You get a nice view of the fountain if you sit on the side tables. Quick respectful service. Ordered the steak frites , alittle too salty for my taste . Other than that food was great !

They have the most delicious crispy rice spicy tuna and avocado sushi! I enjoy sitting here, having a cocktail while looking at the fountain and enjoying the grove vibes. The customer service is excellent! I love this place and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Of course there are less touristic places to spend your cash & time in Los Angeles, but I wouldn't trade the moment we had at The Fountain Bar during the holidays for anything in the world. Our seat at the fountain's edge gave us stunning views of quintessential Grove sights -- the water show, massive Christmas tree, & passing trolly. It's the kind of planned magic only an outdoor mall in the entertainment capital of the world can provide! Service was great, our waiter never hovered & allowed us some leisure time to properly enjoy the weather, people watching, some fries, & a few drinks (Aperol Spritz, Lavender French 75, & Shirley Temple.) Had a fantastic time, even befriended the ladies with an adorable puppy at the next table!

The restaurant is beautiful and reminds me of being in Mexico. A Spanish theme and style. A lot of seating and it's also spacious with an outdoor patio that is open to the customers and also widely used for many event. Everything was clean from what I noticed. The music volume was tolerable as well as the selection of choice. Felt like I was on vacation for a min. A great spot to have drinks. A great to spot to meet up or even come for a date. The Melrose Mule was cool. Very refreshing like the bartender mentioned. It was different than the usual mules I get. And the Improved Whiskey was like having an Old Fashion and Whiskey Sour together. It did not disappoint. I also had an attentive bartender who had a good attitude. Didn't take long for him to make my drinks nor put in an order for a smash burger. The smash burger was acceptable. It was good, however, I was expecting something a little bit bigger in size. I like the presentation with it being wrapped in foil. It was cooked perfectly, it was hot and flavorful. No complaints other than the size. I wouldn't mind pulling back up for another happy hour when I'm back in the area. They have some more drinks I would love to try.
