I came here last Wednesday evening, 05-20-26. Unfortunately, I had just missed happy hour by a few mins when I had sat down lol. I only wanted a drink anyways to kill time while I waited for the movie screening of "passenger" to start. The bartender was cool and professional. He was attentive to everyone. He provided good service. I had an "old fashioned". Nothing really special about the drink that stood out but I did enjoy it. I enjoyed the scenery as I was sipping my cocktail. Nothing but good vibes during my time at the bar with a nice view of the fountain. They have tables and seating which was mostly occupied. There are also heat lamps positioned around the dining areas. It's definitely a nice spot to have drink, maybe grab some food or simply come for a lil date or something. read more

What an idyllic place to enjoy an aperol spritz and watch the world go by. My friends and I needed a break from shopping and immediately wanted an aperol spritz. As we walked around, we saw this PERFECT bar that just looked like they would have them. There was plenty of seating, plus the ambient fountain noises nearby. It felt like we were in an Eden. The waiters were awesome. We could tell they were just as dedicated to these aperol spritzes as we were. They came out fast, plus they were huge and delicious. Being from Seattle, they seemed a tiny bit pricey, but the cost seemed to fit well with the incredible setting. Watching the beautiful fountains, stores, and people was a memory I will look back to in moments I need to find peace. I've had drinks here multiple times. They have a great Happy Hour with wines and cocktails for $12.50. I'm always able to snag a seat right next to the fountain. Service is great and this is the perfect spot for people watching. Can't beat the fountain view. I had the Fountain Spritz yesterday. Very light and refreshing. If you are looking for a place to people watch, have good food/drinks, and don't mind spending a bit, Fountain Bar is PERFECT! After shopping a bit my friends and I got pretty hungry and stopped by here to grab some bites. Everything sounded so good so we decided to get a whole bunch of shareables like the tiger roll, truffle fries, fried calamari, blue ribbon fried chicken, spicy tuna crispy rice, and one drink each. Everything was delicious but we especially loved their fried calamari and spicy tuna crispy rice. I got their espresso-ish martini but thought it was extremely strong, on the other hand my friend said it was the best espresso martini she's ever had! The vibe was perfect but will say it was 4 of us, we didn't get full and check was about $200+... I would still come back for the vibe though!! Lastly, I would not recommend coming during the holiday season (snow show hour) unless you want fake snow/soap falling down on your food. I just wrote a not-so-great review so I felt like I had to end today on a high note with a 5-star review! I visited Fountain Bar at the Grove on May 19 with a couple friends. We had already eaten and we were looking for a spot to have a drink before going home. We settled on Fountain Bar because the weather was nice, it wasn't too crowded (it's a small little outdoor spot in the middle of an outdoor mall), and dog friendly. We arrived 10 minutes before 5pm and the server was quick to hand us their Social Hour menu (3pm-5pm Monday-Friday) and let us know if we order soon, we can grab a couple things off their happy hour menu. Kudos for that! Even though we were so full, we couldn't resist ordering a couple bites---Buffalo Cauliflower and Fries. I will say, even though they are very simple, was delicious and nicely priced not to mention came out super fast. I had one of their $12 wines from their Social Hour menu---Cremant Rose. I was surprised this was on their happy hour menu and for only $12, it was exactly what I needed. It didn't taste like those cheap, sweet wines you usually find on happy hour menus and it is definitely the drink I will get next time I go. Good vibes all around. read more

We had just seen a movie at the Grove, and decided to grab a drink and bite. This is a lovely location for people watching, with full shade in the afternoon and all the holiday preparations going on around it. I love the fact that we could enjoy the giant Christmas tree from our seats. Very relaxing atmosphere with the fountain water in the background and relaxed atmosphere. Service was pretty good, but when they're busy, they may be stretched a bit thin, so expect that. The food was delicious, we just had small bites today. The truffle fries were quite good with a little bit more pungent truffle oil that I'm used to, but I liked it! The spicy tuna cut rolls were really nice as well, a real nice purée texture to the tuna. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

One of the best places to visit on the affordable side at the Grove is the Fountain Bar. We usually come here to redeem one of our rewards. We usually get the fries to share and the husb gets a beer. Fries are tasty, the husb enjoys his beer. What is also enjoyable is the view. We get to see the fountain and the water rise and fall. Also, when they used to have the snow fall, it was the best place to be at. The Grove is a beautiful place and the Fountain Bar is the best spot to take it all in, and relax. Employees are friendly and prompt despite how busy it is. You do have to wait to be seated, once the husb and I made the mistake of just sitting down at an open table, they frown on that. Definitely try the Fountain Bar, it's good for coming here before your dinner reservation at another restaurant. Although you can definitely get a meal here as well. read more

Came in for a quick bite after the movie and enjoyed ourselves. Service was wonderful. Very attentive. Jairo specifically made it a point to find us a seat right by the water even though the place was packed. He didn't have to do that, he could've easily overlooked us, but he came and found us and made it happen. That kind of attentiveness is rare when a spot is that busy. My first review was one star. Not knowing what I wanted to eat, I returned to the Fountain Bar to try their happy hour fare. No adult libation for me this time. I ordered a soda. There's no menu for the non-alcoholic beverages. You have to ask a waiter what they serve. The food is mid. I ate a little and was done. They had sauces for everything but I only tried one sauce - the one that accompanies the tempura shrimp. I also ordered the wings and a side of fries from the happy hour menu. I wasn't impressed by any of it. The shrimp smelled fishy, so perhaps not enough people order it and it sits longer than it should. The chicken is crispy, but it isn't particularly tender. The fries were fries. I've had better food from a frozen food section of a local grocery store. I ordered a soda. It was served from an unrefrigerated can over ice, which was gross. It didn't taste right. Again, the staff were not attentive. I asked for to-go boxes and had to box my own leftovers. I asked for my check and that was the only thing that arrived expeditiously. I just sat on it and placed an order from La La Land via their app. I didn't give up my seat until I knew my latte was ready. Watching these guys be attentive to white people and their fellow Latinos is truly insulting. I usually tip liberally, but I refuse to reward people for their ignorance. I am serious when I say I will NEVER return. When I order multiple items, deliver them all at once. Don't deliver them one-by-one. I also noticed the trio next to me sharing a single appetizer. They were given appetizer plates and their place settings were placed atop those plates. I barely received a place setting and it wasn't even placed where it should have been. Oh, and the flies!!! The first time I was there, I never saw a fly. They kept their tray open that contains the fruit and olives they use to garnish the drinks. Flies were all in that container. They were on the straws. They were on the bowl of lemons and limes on the bar - and that bowl was in the way. Everything about this place is garbage. NEVER again. read more

The Fountain Bar is right smack in the middle of the Grove and the location is perfect for relaxing and people watching. My gf and I grabbed a table by the water and just chilled with cocktails. I got the Oh Mai Mai Mai, which is basically a Mai Tai. It's absolutely delicious and definitely on the sweeter side. I love the color of the purple hibiscus foam. The cocktail made me feel like I was on vacation in Hawaii. My gf got an Espresso Martini and said that it tasted really good too. Overall, we both enjoyed our time here!
