If your animals needs care that is expensive - like almost anything there is - they refuse to offer their own payment plan. You either have Care Credit or you pay their horrendous prices in full. They are compartmentalized: thanks to the surgeon's lack of knowledge, my dog died unnecessarily, long tragic story short. Their wall signs should say " we care a lot...about our bottom line profit margins."

The head vet, Linda, really tries to build a welcoming atmosphere, is extremely personable, and amazing with animals. She really tries to explain what is going on with your pet and will work with you to ensure you are getting the care you want for your furry friends. She has trained at Cornell and has a great working relationship with them, so I really feel like I'm getting great care for an affordable price. Because of that relationship, some of the lab work gets sent to Cornell and she also is not afraid to send serious cases to them. The rest of the staff is also awesome, from the front desk to the lab techs -- I feel they really care about your experience. They also have a boarding facility, which I have used -- I would recommend it. The staff is, again, really amazing and they get to know your pets so well. If you are booking for around the holiday, I would make sure you book early!

Where are the pictures if you did an x ray? My cat suffered from congestive heart failure and it was confirmed he had cancer as well. Blood work would of shown his white blood count was high. I don't recommend anyone to take their pets here. Not compassionate or caring at all.

She did a great job, the animals weren't stressed at all, and neither was I. Recently, I hired her to come to the house to give my senior dog euthanasia. It's never a great day when you have to make that decision, but she was kind and caring. She made sure that my dog did not have one single moment of anxiety - which is all that counts, really. The process was quiet and efficient. I can't recommend her highly enough. She also followed up with one of the kindest condolence notes ever. My own siblings didn't even bother with an email.

The owners are a wonderful couple who are SO FLEXIBLE, they allowed me to drop off and pick up at the times of the services , and took such great care of him. Flint came home happy and tuckered right out from his busy day with his new friends. The facility is COVID friendly, clean and beautiful. Conveniently located just out of the town of McGraw. I would recommend this place 100x over for a safe loving environment for your fur babies. I didn't take any pictures of the facility but the website they provide has accurate pictures of the amenities offered. Fenced in yards , beautiful suits for the dogs, clean and tidy. The love of animals extends to everyone in the business. I boarded my dog with her for three days and she observed a slight limp. She made a special point to mention it to me and it turns out she caught early lime disease, meaning she saved future expense and health problems. She also knows people at the vet school and was able to communicate her observations to them on my behalf. My step mother also boards her cat there and she loves the service. They have reasonable prices and offer perks like a free bath after a certain number of nights etc. Only the highest recommendation for this place! If you want to know your pet will be safe, happy and loved while you are away, these are the people for you.
