The amazing comedy group was not without laughs. Hands down, I enjoyed watching them. Four Day Weekend did a private show for my company during our sales conference. They got some background info on our company ahead of time and cleverly worked that into the show. The comedians did a great job and had everyone laughing the whole time! They keep the jokes coming, and even worked in some funny costumes for special scenes. It's impressive how quickly they can think on the spot! It was a great team outing. They have a fully stocked bar but it's not very large. I would recommend going with something simple and classic like a simple mixed drink or domestic beer. I'd be interested to see how a regular show would go in a room where I don't know everyone. Wow never knew this place existed until I came here for the Yelp Elite event. This place is located in Sundance Square. Parking can be iffy if you aren't familiar with the area. Four Day Weekend guys were so funny. They had my belly aching from all the laughing. I loved how they interact with the audience. I of course ended up getting the spotlight shine on me and had to take part in one of the acts. This place is so much fun. They are pretty stiff on their drinks too!!! I've been here 3 times at least and have enjoyed myself each time! These dudes are off the chain and whats kool about it is they get the crowd involved with the jokes etc. Drinks are a Lil high but worth it, and be sure to check out the restaurant on the roof! it has an amazing view of downtown Fort Worth. Stadium seating but make sure you get there early for a seat closer to the stage and the action. Good for first dates and better then going to the movies and dinner! read more

Can't believe I was born and raised in Fort Worth and have never been here. I went here for date night with my husband and it was so fun! Comedians are so funny and talented. Drinks and bartenders are awesome also! RumChata drink is yummy! - Get there at least 45 minutes early so you can be first in line for good seats (first come, first serve) - You can go to the bar upstairs and wait until doors open (mixed drinks are $8, no food options) - Not raunchy, vulgar material AT ALL (but still so hilarious) - which, I think, is enough alone to earn 5 stars - Seating is theater style (but still very tight), sit in front row if you want to be able to stretch your legs - Think of funny phrases/topics ahead of time. I've been twice and had a great time on both occasions. Only reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was obvious one of the improv guys (looked younger than the rest) was nowhere near as funny as the rest of the group. But don't let that sway you from going. Definitely worth the $20 ticket price and makes for a fun night downtown. read more

Four Day Weekend, on the whole, is well worth the ticket price. Come to see the show at least once. It's a great date night or evening out with friends. The theater consists of rows of seats with a stage view. The performers are funny and the show is reasonably clean if that's important to you. All the seats are good ones, and there's some interaction with the audience. Everyone gets to write suggestions on notecards that may be used throughout the show. Arrive early. Buy tickets online beforehand. My only issue is that after going two or three times you've seen it all, the show's format stays the same although it does adjust each show depending on the material the audience gives them to work with. I like to go every couple of years or so, helps the material stay fresh. Fun times! About a two hour show, plan dinner before or after. read more

I want to start off by saying that improv comedy definitely requires a special skill set and talent. However, I just didn't find this venue and group of comedians very entertaining. They accept topics for suggestion, however the host tosses out the majority of them and only chooses those that fit the moment/skit. I'm sure that some of the suggestions might be a bit out there or too vulgar for the audience, but they probably only used one of every five suggestions they picked up. So unless I just picked a night with the worst audience members...I'm also pretty sure that they plant members in the audience as some of the 'random' folks they picked out were just too good to be true. The night we went they just happened to pick the one audience member that had attended five different colleges when they were making jokes about schools. Uh yeah... I guess one perk about this place is there is not a minimum drink purchase requirement like some other comedy clubs so you can save a few bucks. However if you are looking for laughs in downtown Fort Worth, Hyenas is much funnier. read more

We went to the Saturday 10pm show and had an amazing time!! We were in the front row, and were targeted immediately, and they were hilarious. They take a couple of people from the audience and use them in the show,and it was great every time. At the beginning of the show they have a table where you can write words or phrases on note cards, and then they incorporate them throughout the show into the skits. There is an intermission as well so you have time to get more drinks/ go to the bathroom. All of the performers were very quick, funny, and had a ton of personality. I can not say enough good things about this show! I will definitely be returning, despite the hour long drive to ft worth! read more

This is one of our favorite things to do, especially with friends. It's comedy improv and they heavily involve the audience. It's lots of fun no matter your age (as long as you're an adult) and most of their jokes are pretty clean most of the time. read more

These talented fellas take what could be a rote delivery of generic jokes and jazz it up. They're clever, quick and kinda cool. Don't go expecting the edgiest humor or a demure audience (yeah, drunk hecklers!), but do go expecting some fun twists and genuine humor. Makes for a good night out, for sure. read more

I had a fantastic time here the other night! I had never heard of this comedy show until recently, and I am thankful that I did. It's not like regular comedy shows, not that I know what a regular comedy show is because I have only been to enough to count on one hand, but it was different from what I know. It was more like skits that the comedians (~4-5 guys) make up. The comedians had the audience laughing throughout the night, and to my surprise, I was one of the one's laughing. Sometimes, I am the person that doesn't get the joke or will get the joke but don't find it funny enough to actually laugh about...but, that wasn't the case here for the majority of the night. The drink prices fluctuate throughout the night. Before the show starts, the drinks are $7. During the intermission, the same drinks we ordered went up to $8 each. The women's restroom line is so long during the intermission, so ladies, be prepared to wait. There are only 3 stalls, and when I went, only 2 of them were working. I wrote a review of FDW for a Yelp! event I attended, but I wanted to get one in for the broader Yelp! populace. Because of the event, I have returned many times over, due in part to having started taking improv classes there. So far, the Level One class was fantastic. I looked forward to every Saturday afternoon, and have been eagerly awaiting the new session starting up soon after the holidays. As a student, you get to see the shows for free. Thus, I've been, as I said, to many. While each show has the same format, it's amazing how different and just damn funny they are. Every one is fully unscripted, so regardless of the same format, you get a 'new' show each and every time. And, their cast varies, even with their core performers. If you're looking for something to do on a Friday or Saturday night, I highly recommend shelling out the $20 a ticket. Sure, it costs more than a movie, but you'll be more entertained and have some great stories to tell. read more

I've been here more time than I can count - no joke. I first saw 4 Day back in 2004 when I had orientation for TCU. I've since taken everyone who's ever visited me in the FDub, and gone for numerous birthday parties, celebrations and just for the heck of it. It never gets old. The guys are super talented and always on point. If you're in Fort Worth on a weekend, go. It's cheap, awesomely funny entertainment. You won't be disappointed. We went here on saturday and parking was HORRINDOUS. But then again we were in Downtown. Its in a really cool building. It has an awesome set up and we did have a few giggles out of it. Itsa little to pricey (20$ per person) for not even 2 hours worth of show. Its very interactive and drinks arent tooooo badly priced. Id go again if I won tickets or someone bought mine for me but not worth it in my eyes. read more

We've attended only one of their shoes, but hope to attend more in the near future. I don't know if I can agree with the other reviewer(s) that said this is funnier than ABC's Who's Line is it Anyway?, but these guys are DEFINITELY talented, and i guess they are only as funny as (some of the dimwit lines submitted by the audience) they can be. Perhaps you also need to visit the bar and throw back some drinks for it to be over-the-top funny. (Or just not be as uptight as I'm probably sounding in this review). read more

4 day weekend is a really fun spot. It is a smaller club without a bad seat. The improv crew is top notch and it truly is a laugh a minute. My favorite part about the actual venue is that it is non smoking. Nothing ruins a night out like having to breathe second hand smoke and having to wash your coat from stank. We went NYE, and while overpriced compared to regular nights, so is almost everything else that night. They were a bit disorganized at bar, I'd have loved to see a beer station setup to alleviate the 20min wait for bar. read more

First time i've every been to a comedy club like this. First of all the people in the show were extremely friendly. Always shaking hands and taking photos after the show. Not only that but the bar tender was laid back cool guy who was easy to talk to while grabbing a drink. The show was amazing. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time and look forward to coming back. It was great to get such a participation out of the audience. I was in town and wanted something to do on a Saturday night. This was walking distance from my hotel so I thought I would give it a try. Of course with my luck I was a few minutes late and when I walked in the guy on stage was like " Nice of you to join us". How embarrassing! I got the funny in it. It's an improv show and I think it's amazing how quick they can come up with each scene in a drop of a second. Visited here last week with 18 friends and had a great night out. It's presented in a really nice comfortable theatre. The comedians and musician are top draw. They're very funny, extremely quick witted and great performers. The show had a good balance of one liners, comedy songs and slow burning gags, all improvised around the provided suggestions and interviewed fellow audience members. It was the first time I've visited but it will now be top of my list when-ever I return to Fort Worth. I'm lucky enough to visit the Edinburgh Comedy Festival every year and these guys stack up with the best the Fringe has to offer! With shows a 7:30 and 10:00pm, it's either a great start, middle or end to a weekend evening. read more

Improv had a great staff and was very witty. They were able to mix all the suggestions in pretty well you can tell they were experienced. Crowd was annoying, drunk people in the front who would comment on every act or jump into everyone's conversation even after being asked nicely by the cast to quite down , then they kept going and then the cast had to shut that down , damn those women were rude , completely killed my happy vibe there . Plan on going back for an even better experience. Lots of laughs! They bring the audience into the act also , so that was pretty neat. read more

Had a Blast. We did the 7:30p show..... it was great from the beginning to the end. Audience participation is used by us leaving post it notes on the wall with one word or a card in a can with a sentence on it and they work in the word and sentence they pick into their skits and songs. Laughed until I cried. These guys are a must see...... DON'T MISS OUT ON FOUR DAY WEEKEND. It will be the best $20.00 you'll spend to see a Comedy group like these Guys. These guys are hilarious and definitely entertaining! I've been twice and loved it. Improv comedy is by far the best form of comedy in my opinion and these guys do it best. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because both times I've been and from others stories about the show, it's the same skits every time. Of course the dialogue and plots are different because everything is audience inspired but either way it's still the same outline every show. It wod be nice to see new skits so that it continues to be exciting for returning audience members. read more
