[[HIGHLIGHT]]Even on my first visit, this place made me feel like a regular.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe is warm, welcoming, and the service is genuinely great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered the chips and the charcuterie board--both were absolutely delicious and perfect for sharing. I tried the pear seltzer and loved it so much I ended up having four. Crisp, refreshing, and dangerously easy to drink. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and solid food and drinks across the board.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Easily a 5 out of 5. I'll be back

Four-Eyed guys is a locally owned and operated restaurant that puts the love back into cooking. We were immediately welcomed by the owner who not only took the time to explain the menu but also made us feel like we were guests in her home. Her hospitality was only outdone by the flavor packed sandwiches. Our family ordered the Fancy Pants Sando, The Fig and the Italian and each were delicious and surprisingly light. I especially appreciated that the chips were served with an onion dip, such a simple yet tasty treat! We can't speak to the beer but I imagine, with the care put into the food, that the brewing process must also be excellent. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was lovely, with plenty of parking out front.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Four-eyed guys was a great spot for lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was cozy and bright. Lots of Lucious plants and fun decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had a salad and a beer flight and it was all delicious. My friend had the charcuterie plate and the fig sandwich. I highly recommend four eyed guys for beer and food!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a fun and well decorated space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I tried a beer that was cucumber flavored (can't remember the name) and it surprised me with how much I liked it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Super friendly service and lovely environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I didn't try any food, but the menu sounded amazing.

We were running out of time to grab some food before coaching basketball game at Shadle Park HS... thankfully we stumbled upon Four Eyed Guys. Fun small environment with tons of green plants to warm up. Sadly no beer partaken, but that Fig Turkey was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. WOW! The chips also came with an onion dip that was delicious. My wife had a salad - super yum dressing and she loved the turkey... "what do they do to the turkey to make it taste so good?!" Definitely on my Spokane list now!

Delicious food, craft beers & amazing service from Hilary! Highly recommended! All beers & seltzers made in house. Chips and dip yummy with their pesto sauce!

This place is a must if you're ever in Spokane! Hillary and her husband are absolutely amazing people who make really good food, beer and seltzer. The Fig, which is their best-selling sandwich was delicious! Also tried their cotton candy seltzer and it was scrumptious - wasn't too sweet. Hillary let me also try the strawberry basil and mango lemonade, which were incredibly yummy. They also sell their crafted drinks, so you can take a 4-pack home with you. Highly recommend eating and drinking here!

Went for a brewski and a sandwich with a buddy and was not disappointed! We ordered The Fig, which was delicious -- so many yummy toppings (both fig and berry jam, bacon, turkey, brie cheese and more.) Also many different beer options from IPAs to lagers. :)

This place is an absolute 10!! Fantastic and outstanding service. A place where I was welcomed in by the owners themselves!! Unfortunately, I am not a fan of beer...however I did taste one of their beers (I wish I could remember the name..) the real point I am trying to make, I hate beer...but theirs is delicious!!! Why I came to this brewery was for the food and hard seltzers! And My gosh!!! Heaven explosion of flavors in your mouth!! I am a huge fan of The Fig!! Trust me on this sandwich!! OutF'ingstanding!!! The charcuterie board is a must get!! Do splurge! Seltzers are refreshing... I ordered the coconut/pineapple/banana flavor... like yes! Please! Yum! [[HIGHLIGHT]]And the atmosphere is personal! I love it! So many plants!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So, go have a drink, all you plant lovers!!

My hubby and I live in Moses Lake/Ephrata area, so we have to travel for some fun since there's not much to do near us. During our drive I found this place and we HAD to check it out! I had 2 flights, and I must say I am not the beer drinker, but with the variety of beer, cider and seltzers, I have to admit that I have never visited a brewery that carried so many options that I would actually drink. I liked everything I tried and the lowest I would rate any of the beverages was a 3.5 and that's just based off my preference. My husband was drinking the IPAs and he enjoyed them as well. We ordered the fig and the Italian sandwiches and they were both great. They came with chips and an onion dip which was a nice touch. The one guy working checked on our table frequently and was quite knowledgeable and attentive! I should also add that I work at a taproom where I have A LOT of access to a variety of beers and ciders, so I know what I like!

A impressive PB &J Sour from Four Eyed Guys!

Indaba didn't just check the boxes, it made me wonder why every coffee shop doesn't operate this way. Walk in and the space stops you. Exposed brick, warm wood, art on every wall, and a ceiling that opens up the whole room. The seating runs from cozy couches to high tops to proper tables. no bad seat in the house. Outlets everywhere. A conference room available to rent. Whoever designed this place actually thought about the people using it. The staff made us feel welcome without trying too hard. That's a skill. We ordered hot and iced mochas and both were dialed in. My wife went bacon avocado toast, creamy avocado against crispy bacon, exactly right. I had the sunbutter banana toast and almost ordered a second one. We grabbed an apple fritter to go. It didn't survive the drive. The background music hits just right, easy listening layered under the natural buzz of a full, happy room. Prices are exactly what you'd expect to pay for coffee done well. Before you leave, browse the retail wall. Solid selection of beans to take home, plus some genuinely cute goods worth picking up. This place has real soul. You'll feel it.

There is a small space to sit that is primarily within the business, but plenty of room in the shared space if you are looking for a place to extend your visit. He was very helpful and willing to discuss the possibilities to help me land on my drink of choice. He proceeded to make me the best "dirty chai" I have maybe ever had. The chai is sourced from a small business in Bend. It was a perfectly spiced blend. The espresso was smooth and flavorful. It was so delicious I went back for another the next day. In…read morethe past two years I have tried several well recommended spokane cafes that were all great, tasty, and slightly more expensive than I would like. Hatch beaker + burr transcends all of these. I never expected that I would find one of the best lattes I've ever tasted in Spokane of all places after being a Portland/Seattle coffee elitist. The seasonal dulce de leche iced latte was so strong in the best way and brought me back to life with how flavorful it was. Seven dollars even and worth every penny. You can see in the attached photos that I really tried to get every drop of the drink. It was so good that I got another latte to go (cardamom), also so so good. Everything else: cute space with lots of plants and two tables (but other seating available in the commons), barista who is clearly very knowledgeable about every part of the coffee and actually likes making the drinks. Really nice service and you get updated on your drink even when it's busy which is nice, I've never had that in other cafes. I really can't reiterate how amazing this coffee was. Must try if you have not, and if you have you definitely already know.

The spot itself feels like a love letter to books and community with that old soul essence. You walk in and your senses are welcomed from the aroma of coffee and the hustle and bustle of employees and customers moving around.
